Teoretic, totul se poate \u0084rezolva\u0093 la fel de bine intr-o luna dar si in trei, in functie de disponibilitatea principalilor actori (seful statului, premierul demisionar si cel\/cei desemnati, presedintii celor doua camere, senatorii si deputatii care voteaza efectiv).<\/STRONG>&nbsp; <\/P>  <P class=text align=justify><STRONG>1. DEMISIA<\/STRONG> premierului sau demiterea guvernului, in urma unei motiuni de cenzura votata de Parlament. <BR><STRONG>2. DESEMNAREA<\/STRONG>, de catre presedinte, a unui nou premier, dupa consultari cu partidele parlamentare. <BR><STRONG>3. PREZENTAREA<\/STRONG>, in Parlament, a noului guvern si a noului program, in termen de cel mult zece zile de la desemnare. <BR><STRONG>4. VOTUL <\/STRONG>din Parlament asupra noului cabinet. <BR><STRONG>5. UN NOU VOT <\/STRONG>in Parlament, in cazul in care primul \u0084guvern de sacrificiu\u0093 nu primeste investitura. <BR><STRONG>6. CONSULTAREA<\/STRONG>, de catre presedintele Romaniei, a presedintilor celor doua Camere si a liderilor grupurilor parlamentare, daca Parlamentul nu a acordat nici a doua oara votul de investire. <BR><STRONG>7.
