Prin produc\u0163ia proprie de petrol Rom\u00e2nia \u00ee\u015fi asigur\u0103 o treime din necesarul intern de consum, avantaj aproape unic la nivel european"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\nRom\u00e2nia are una dintre cele mai sigure pozi\u0163ii \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte alimentarea pie\u0163ei interne cu petrol, aproape o treime din necesar fiind asigurat\u0103 de c\u0103tre OMV Petrom, unicul produc\u0103tor local de petrol \u015fi gaze. \u00cen plin\u0103 panic\u0103 privind siguran\u0163a aliment\u0103rii cu carburan\u0163i, Rom\u00e2nia are un atu aproape unic la nivel european, o produc\u0163ie intern\u0103 pe care se poate baza, a treia cea mai mare din UE, \u015fi trei rafin\u0103rii locale.<\/p>\n<p>\nAstfel, la nivelul anului 2020, gradul de de\u00adpenden\u0163\u0103 a Rom\u00e2niei fa\u0163\u0103 de impor\u00adtu\u00adrile de petrol era de 68%, doar Danemarca, al doilea produc\u0103tor de petrol la nivelul UE, av\u00e2nd o dependen\u0163\u0103 mai redus\u0103 de im\u00adporturi, de 51%, arat\u0103 statisticile Comisiei Eu\u00adropene. De\u015fi nu se poate vorbi de o po\u00adzi\u0163ie absolut confortabil\u0103, Rom\u00e2nia are, \u00een acest context regional marcat de o vola\u00adti\u00adlitate istoric\u0103, avantajul de a-\u015fi putea asi\u00adgura singur\u0103 o treime din necesarul de pe\u00adtrol \u015fi o industrie de rafinare pe care se poa\u00adte baza. Mai mult, la nivelul importurilor, cea mai mare parte a cantit\u0103\u0163ilor vin din Kazahstan, Rusia fiind a doua \u0163ar\u0103 ca importan\u0163\u0103 pe lista furnizorilor externi.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa nivelul UE, dependen\u0163a de impor\u00adtu\u00adrile de petrol este de circa 96%, dup\u0103 cum ara\u00adt\u0103 statisticile Comisiei Europene afe\u00adren\u00adte anului 2020. \u00cen total, la nivelul UE se pro\u00adduc circa 18,7 milioane de tone de petrol, Italia,\u00cenDanemarca \u015fi Rom\u00e2nia av\u00e2nd cele mai mari con\u00adtribu\u0163ii, dar se import\u0103 peste 440 de mi\u00adlioa\u00adne de tone de petrol, din care 113 de mi\u00adlioane de tone vin numai din Rusia. Astfel, la un consum de circa 460 de milioa\u00adne de tone de petrol, produc\u0163ia intern\u0103 a UE reprezint\u0103 nu\u00admai 4% din necesar. Procentul de peste 30% pe care \u00eel de\u0163ine Rom\u00e2nia este net superior. Aceste informa\u0163ii, al\u0103turi de asigur\u0103rile da\u00adte de autorit\u0103\u0163i privind existen\u0163a sto\u00adcu\u00adrilor de produse petroliere, ar trebui s\u0103 cal\u00admeze lu\u00adcrurile, cel pu\u0163in pe plan intern. \u00cen noaptea zi\u00adlei de 9 martie, rom\u00e2nii au f\u0103cut cozi imense la benzin\u0103rii pornind de la un pre\u0163 afi\u015fat de o sta\u00ad\u0163ie MOL din Beiu\u015f (Bihor), de 11 lei pe litru.<\/p>\n<p>\nUlterior, informa\u0163iile vehiculate indicau c\u0103 acolo vor ajunge toate pre\u0163urile, de\u015fi restul marilor lan\u0163uri, Petrom, OMV \u015fi chiar Lukoil afi\u015fau pre\u0163uri de 7,5 lei pe litrul de benzin\u0103 standard. MOL se remarca, cel pu\u0163in \u00een Bucure\u015fti, prin faptul c\u0103 vindea benzina cu un leu mai scump fa\u0163\u0103 de competitorii s\u0103i.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eMOL Rom\u00e2nia se delimiteaz\u0103 de orice practic\u0103 anticoncuren\u0163ial\u0103 \u015fi de orice informa\u0163ii care ar putea genera panic\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul popula\u0163iei\u201c, a precizat compania preciz\u00e2nd c\u0103 polica ei comercial\u0103 este corect\u0103.
