De aceea, \u00een 2014 am lansat \u00abNestl\u00e9 Needs YOUth\u00bb, acum o ini\u0163iativ\u0103 la nivel global dedicat\u0103 tinerilor\u201d, spun reprezentan\u0163ii companiei. \u00cen perioada 5\u201323 iulie 2021, Nestl\u00e9 Rom\u00e2nia a derulat a cincea edi\u0163ie a \u201eSummer\u2019s Cool\u201d, un proiect de dezvoltare adresat studen\u0163ilor \u015fi proaspe\u0163ilor absolven\u0163i de facultate, ca parte a ini\u0163iativei \u201eNestl\u00e9 Needs Youth\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\nCompania organizeaz\u0103 \u201eSummer\u02b9s Cool\u201d cu scopul de a deschide noi oportunit\u0103\u0163i de carier\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor \u015fi de a se implica activ \u00een educa\u0163ia acestora. Peste 700 de tineri din patru \u0163\u0103ri au aplicat pentru unul dintre cele 60 de locuri disponibile. Cei 60 de tineri vor fi primii \u00eenrola\u0163i \u015fi \u00een \u201eYOUth eBusiness Academy\u201d, un program destinat cre\u015fterii abilit\u0103\u0163ilor digitale ale tinerilor. Acest proiect, al\u0103turi de celelalte proiecte derulate sub ini\u0163iativa \u201eNestl\u00e9 Needs YOUth\u201d, vine s\u0103 aduc\u0103 o solu\u0163ie la realitatea \u00eengrijor\u0103toare a \u015fomajului din r\u00e2ndul tinerilor rom\u00e2ni cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 15 \u015fi 24 de ani, de 17,3%, conform&nbsp; datelor Institutului Na\u0163ional de Statistic\u0103, citate de reprezentan\u0163ii companiei.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eSummer\u02b9s Cool\u201d este o ini\u0163iativ\u0103 menit\u0103 s\u0103 completeze preg\u0103tirea teoretic\u0103 oferit\u0103 de \u015fcoal\u0103, cu o preg\u0103tire practic\u0103, care s\u0103-i familiarizeze pe studen\u0163i cu cerin\u0163ele \u015fi realitatea joburilor din lumea de business. \u00cen plus, studen\u0163ii ale c\u0103ror rezultate au fost remarcate pe parcursul desf\u0103\u015fur\u0103rii workshopurilor vor aprofunda cele \u00eenv\u0103\u0163ate prin \u00eenceperea unor stagii de internship. Prin ini\u0163iativele virtuale adresate tinerilor, Nestl\u00e9 \u015fi-a luat angajamentul s\u0103 le ofere acestora experien\u0163e de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are diverse, inclusiv cursuri \u00een spa\u0163iul digital, pentru a le permite tinerilor s\u0103 c\u00e2\u015ftige experien\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<strong>Descrierea proiectului: <\/strong>Pentru a facilita tranzi\u0163ia din mediul educa\u0163ional pe pia\u0163a muncii, compania colaboreaz\u0103 cu universit\u0103\u0163i de prestigiu, colegii cu profil economic \u015fi organiza\u0163ii studen\u0163e\u015fti pentru a organiza evenimente de dezvoltare adresate liceenilor, studen\u0163ilor sau proaspe\u0163ilor absolven\u0163i. De la sesiuni de consiliere \u00een carier\u0103 la ateliere de specialitate pe teme de marketing, finan\u0163e, supply chain, de la seminarii de autodezvoltare pe teme de leadership, inteligen\u0163\u0103 emo\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi time management la \u015fcoala de var\u0103 \u201eSummer\u2019s Cool\u201d, zeci de speciali\u015fti Nestl\u00e9 contribuie anual la dezvoltarea competen\u0163elor sutelor de tineri care particip\u0103 la workshop-urile companiei.<\/p>\n<p>\nPe parcursul a trei s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, participan\u0163ii la \u201eSummer\u2019s Cool\u201d au avut ocazia s\u0103 afle de la speciali\u015fti din domeniile management de proiect, logistic\u0103, financiar, cercetare de pia\u0163\u0103, v\u00e2nz\u0103ri, marketing, digital, rela\u0163ii publice, e-commerce, nutri\u0163ie \u015fi leadership informa\u0163ii cheie \u00een cadrul atelierelor organizate, s\u0103-\u015fi dezvolte abilit\u0103\u0163ile de leadership, comunicare, lucru \u00een echip\u0103, g\u00e2ndire critic\u0103, inteligen\u0163a emo\u0163ional\u0103, s\u0103 beneficieze de o experien\u0163\u0103 multicultural\u0103, lucr\u00e2nd al\u0103turi de studen\u0163i din alte \u0163\u0103ri \u015fi descoperind culturi \u015fi perspective noi, ob\u0163in\u00e2nd cuno\u015ftin\u0163e practice prin finalizarea unui proiect de echip\u0103 \u015fi primind sprijin \u015fi mentorat din partea liderilor Nestl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen cadrul acestei edi\u0163ii, tinerii au avut provocarea de a lucra \u00een echip\u0103 \u015fi de a preg\u0103ti un studiu de caz pe tema sustenabilit\u0103tii. La finalul cursurilor de var\u0103, to\u0163i participan\u0163ii au fost recompensa\u0163i cu premii speciale. \u00cen prim\u0103vara anului 2021, Nestl\u00e9 a lansat \u015fi proiectul \u201eYOUth eBusiness Academy\u201d, \u00een care vor fi \u00eenrola\u0163i to\u0163i participan\u0163ii de la \u015fcoala de var\u0103.
