PRIMII ACTIONARI:<\/STRONG> In 1997, in structura actionariatului MobiFon figurau sapte companii (Telesystems International Wireless – 62%, Logic Telecom – 16%, AirTouch Canada – 10%, Posta Romana – 5,5%, grupul industrial ISAF – 4,5%, Ana Electronics – 1%, Ana IMEP – 1%). De-a lungul anilor, au avut loc mai multe tranzactii prin care o parte dintre actionarii minoritari si-au vandut actiunile.
ULTIMELE TRANZACTII:<\/STRONG> In luna aprilie Vodafone, care detinea deja (in urma cumpararii AirTouch 20,1% din MobiFon, a cumparat de la actionarul majoritar, Telesystems International Wireless (TIW), intregul pachet pe care acesta ajunsese sa-l detina, adica 79%, in cea mai mare tranzactie de pe piata romaneasca.
ACTIONARIAT ACTUAL:<\/STRONG> In prezent, Vodafone detine 99,1% (tranzactia cu TIW a fost finalizata la 6 iunie), iar compania Dargate Limited, controlata de omul de afaceri George Copos, detine 0,9%. In prezent, Vodafone se afla in negocieri cu Copos pentru preluarea pachetului pe care acesta il detine.

PRIMII ACTIONARI:<\/STRONG> In 1997, in structura actionariatului MobilRom figurau sapte companii (France T\u00e9l\u00e9com Mobiles International – 51%, Tomen Telecom Project (Romania) Co SRL – 6%, Alcatel Network Sistems Romania – 3%, MBL Computers SRL – 5%, Radcom SRL – 5%, Media Com 95 – 20%, Unimedia SRL – 10%).
ULTIMELE TRANZACTII:<\/STRONG> In martie anul acesta, Orange SA a preluat de la un consortiu condus de AIG (devenit intre timp investitor financiar la MobilRom) un pachet de 23,36% din actiuni.
ACTIONARIAT ACTUAL:<\/STRONG> France T\u00e9l\u00e9com detine in prezent 96,8% din actiuni (prin Orange SA – 51%, Wirefree Services Belgium – 22,26% si Wirefree Services Nederland BV – 23,54%), restul actiunilor fiind detinute de firmele MBL Computers SRL – 1,6% si Radcom SRL – 1,6%, controlate de omul de afaceri Nicolae Badea.
