Aceast\u0103 responsabilitate nu poate fi delegat\u0103 de c\u0103tre CEO altor persoane din societate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDup\u0103 o b\u0103t\u0103lie juridic\u0103 intens purtat\u0103 (deoarece, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 aspectele financiare, cazul a prezentat \u015fi o component\u0103 emo\u0163ional\u0103), tribunalul arbitral a dat c\u00e2\u015ftig de cauz\u0103 companiei \u015fi a concluzionat c\u0103 plecarea precipitat\u0103 a CEO-ului, pe o perioad\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 perspective clare de \u00eentoarcere, a justificat decizia de revocare a mandatului s\u0103u, deoarece o astfel de rela\u0163ie se bazeaz\u0103 pe \u00eencredere, care \u00een acest caz a fost afectat\u0103 iremediabil.
