Cre\u015fterile salariale pot fi accelerate de c\u0103tre angaja\u0163i prin migrarea de la companie la companie, pe aceea\u015fi pozi\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPotrivit datelor, topul industriilor care \u00ee\u015fi pl\u0103tesc angaja\u0163ii cel mai bine, comparativ cu salariul mediu din Rom\u00e2nia, sunt &nbsp;farma (+30 fa\u0163\u0103 de salariul mediu), IT (+17%), produc\u0163ie&#038; agricultur\u0103 (+13%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDin perspectiva compara\u0163iei \u00een func\u0163ie de tipul departamentului cu salariul mediu, angaja\u0163ii din IT sunt cel mai bine pl\u0103ti\u0163i (+28%) fa\u0163\u0103 de medie<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nAngaja\u0163ii din zona analizei de date sunt cel mai bine pl\u0103ti\u0163i (+45% fa\u0163\u0103 de salariul mediu din Rom\u00e2nia \u2013 cu 10% mai mult dec\u00e2t angaja\u0163ii din zona de programare IT).
