Care este secretul?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nC\u00e2teva milioane de rom\u00e2ni locuiesc peste hotare, iar cei mai mul\u0163i \u015fi totodat\u0103 cei mai vizibili sunt cei care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een construc\u0163ii, \u00een agricultur\u0103 &#8211; a\u015fa numi\u0163ii \u201ec\u0103p\u015funari\u201d \u2013 sau \u00een menaj, pe pozi\u0163ii de execu\u0163ie, pl\u0103tite nu de pu\u0163ine ori cu salariul minim pe economie. O alt\u0103 categorie, nu la fel de numeroas\u0103, este cea a antreprenorilor, executivilor \u015fi speciali\u015ftilor, fie ei medici, ingineri, profesori sau cercet\u0103tori, care duc numele Rom\u00e2niei mai departe.<\/p>\n<p>\nSunt c\u00e2teva mii sau poate chiar zeci de mii de expa\u0163i rom\u00e2ni care de\u0163in ast\u0103zi pozi\u0163ii de top \u00een toat\u0103 lumea, din China \u00een SUA \u015fi din Dubai la Var\u015fovia. Dintre ace\u015ftia, c\u00e2teva zeci sau poate sute sunt angaja\u0163i \u00een sistemul Coca-Cola.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, Coca-Cola func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 prin intermediul unui sistem care cuprinde Coca-Cola Rom\u00e2nia, filial\u0103 a The Coca-Cola Company, \u015fi Coca-Cola HBC Rom\u00e2nia, o filial\u0103 a grupului Coca-Cola Hellenic. Coca-Cola Rom\u00e2nia este responsabil\u0103 de implementarea strategiilor de marketing, managementul m\u0103rcilor, promovare, stratagie de ambalare \u015fi studii de pia\u0163\u0103. Coca-Cola HBC Rom\u00e2nia este \u00eembuteliatorul acestor b\u0103uturi. Acela\u015fi este modelul de business peste tot \u00een lume.<\/p>\n<p>\nAcest sistem le-a fost \u015fcoal\u0103 executivilor rom\u00e2ni care acum lucreaz\u0103 peste tot pe glob pentru acela\u015fi gigant american cu v\u00e2nz\u0103ri de 35-40 mld. dolari anual. La \u00eenceputul anilor \u201990, c\u00e2nd companiile str\u0103ine precum Coca-Cola au venit direct \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, acestea au adus la c\u00e2rma opera\u0163iunilor locale expa\u0163i care \u015ftiau mersul lucrurilor. \u00cen umbra lor au crescut \u00eens\u0103 \u015fi o serie de rom\u00e2ni care treptat au ajuns s\u0103 de\u0163in\u0103 pozi\u0163ii de mid \u015fi top management, pentru ca unii s\u0103 ascead\u0103 chiar la c\u00e2rma opera\u0163iunilor locale. Costin M\u00e2ndrea este board director, vicepresident, chief commercial officer pentru Coca-Cola East Japan, unul dintre cei mai mari cinci \u00eembuteliatori ai gigantului la nivel mondial.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe\u015fi se afl\u0103 la cap\u0103tul cel\u0103lalt al lumii, Japonia a adunat o comunitate impresionat\u0103 de expa\u0163i rom\u00e2ni din sectoare diferite, de la domeniul bancar \u015fi retail, la art\u0103 \u015fi mediul diplomatic, spunea anterior Costin M\u00e2ndrea.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eNoi suntem rom\u00e2ni c\u0103rora le e dor de Rom\u00e2nia\u201d, ad\u0103uga el atunci. Cu internetul e mai greu, viteza din Rom\u00e2nia este greu de egalat\u201d, spunea recent Natalia Stroe, care din aprilie 2021 este country manager pentru The Coca-Cola Company \u00een Polonia \u015fi \u0163\u0103rile baltice. Anterior ea a de\u0163inut aceea\u015fi func\u0163ie pentru Cehia \u015fi Slovacia.<\/p>\n<p>\nNatalia Stroe s-a mutat prima dat\u0103 din \u0163ar\u0103 cu jobul \u00een 2017 c\u00e2nd a preluat o pozi\u0163ie de top management la sud de Dun\u0103re, \u00een Sofia, capitala Bulgariei. Revolu\u0163ia m-a prins la \u00eenceputul liceului, deci am avut timp s\u0103 m\u0103 reorientez\u201d, \u00ee\u015fi \u00eencepe Bianca Bourbon povestea. A ales s\u0103 studieze Rela\u0163ii Economice Interna\u0163ionale pentru a avea o \u015fans\u0103 s\u0103 lucreze \u015fi \u00een afar\u0103 \u0163\u0103rii, a\u015fa cum visau mul\u0163i copii la acea vreme. Cele dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni s-au transformat \u00een 24 de ani, pentru c\u0103 executivul rom\u00e2n \u015fi-a construit \u00eentreaga carier\u0103 \u00een cadrul aceleia\u015fi companii.<\/p>\n<p>\nAceasta este situa\u0163ia mai multor manageri rom\u00e2ni, dar nu numai \u015fi cu companii gigant precum Coca-Cola, Procter&#038;Gamble, Nestl\u00e9, Unilever sau Pepsi \u201ecresc\u00e2ndu-\u015fi\u201d intern angaja\u0163ii. De altfel, aceste grupuri prefer\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi promoveze angaja\u0163ii din interior, fiind vorba de oameni pe care i-au preg\u0103tit pe parcursul mai multor decenii.<\/p>\n<p>\nRom\u00e2nia este o pepinier\u0103 de talente pentru multe companii, din domenii diverse, de la tehnologie, la bunuri de larg consum \u015fi de la materiale de construc\u0163ii la b\u0103uturi. Expa\u0163ii rom\u00e2ni au spus \u00een mai multe r\u00e2nduri c\u0103 nu le lipse\u015fte nimic cona\u0163ionalilor lor \u00een \u201elupta\u201d cu al\u0163i manageri.
