O bun\u0103 parte din echipa noastr\u0103 nu poate munci de acas\u0103 \u2013 tehnicienii, managerii de proiect \u2013 ei au fost \u00een toat\u0103 aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 pe teren \u015fi pentru asta au parte de \u00eentreg respectul \u015fi recuno\u0163tin\u0163a mea. Cred c\u0103 \u00een viitor vom avea un mix, iar principiul pe care ne vom baza \u00een stabilirea propor\u0163iei ideale va fi: sistem motivant pentru oameni \u015fi productiv pentru companie.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u0097&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Locul din care \u00eemi iau energia necesar<\/strong><strong>\u0103<\/strong><strong> dep<\/strong><strong>\u0103\u015f<\/strong><strong>irii unei crize: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nAcas\u0103 \u2013 \u00een mijlocul familiei, acolo unde m\u0103 simt \u00een siguran\u0163\u0103, unde e oaza mea de lini\u015fte, \u00een\u0163elegere \u015fi totodat\u0103 optimism.
