Dac\u0103 ne g\u00e2ndim la ce a reu\u015fit \u00abCOVID-19\u00bb s\u0103 schimbe din peisajul clasic cu care ne obi\u015fnuisem s\u0103 convie\u0163uim \u00een business este senza\u0163ional. A reu\u015fit ceea ce nu ar fi putut niciun lider din lume s\u0103 realizeze nici \u00eentr-un cincinal: tehnologizarea rapid\u0103 a organiza\u0163iei (mutarea \u00een online a majorit\u0103\u0163ii activit\u0103\u0163ilor), flexibilizarea programului, lucrul eficient de acas\u0103, g\u0103sirea de solu\u0163ii creative pentru a men\u0163ine echipa conectat\u0103 si motivat\u0103 \u015fi conexiunea cu clien\u0163ii; \u015fi toate acestea s-au \u00eent\u00e2mplat simultan. Nu este u\u015for, dar at\u00e2t pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea mea fizic\u0103 \u015fi emo\u0163ional\u0103, c\u00e2t \u015fi pentru to\u0163i cei din jur pe care \u00eei pot influen\u0163a, fie c\u0103 vorbim de familie, de colegi sau de prieteni, este mult mai san\u0103tos s\u0103 \u00eemi schimb atitudinea \u015fi modul de g\u00e2ndire. \u00cenc\u0103 mai lucrez cu mine, dar \u00een mare parte sunt pe drumul cel bun.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u0097&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Cum mi-am men<\/strong><strong>\u0163<\/strong><strong>inut colegii motiva<\/strong><strong>\u0163<\/strong><strong>i <\/strong><strong>\u00ee<\/strong><strong>n ultimul an:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nIndustria \u00een care lucrez m-a ajutat mult, pentru c\u0103 scopul nostru este unul extrem de puternic \u015fi cu o \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tura emo\u0163ional\u0103 impresionant\u0103: ne dorim sa trat\u0103m pacien\u0163ii cu produsele noastre, s\u0103 le oferim \u015fansa pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea calit\u0103\u0163ii vie\u0163ii \u015fi a speran\u0163ei de via\u0163\u0103. Noi to\u0163i ne-am adunat \u00een aceast\u0103 industrie m\u00e2na\u0163i \u00een primul r\u00e2nd de acest obiectiv mobilizator. Am \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at asta \u00een pandemie, se poate. Pentru mine stilul hibrid este cel mai echilibrat, reu\u015fesc s\u0103 reg\u0103sesc energia colectiv\u0103 at\u00e2t de necesar\u0103 prin activitatea de la birou (avem at\u00eet de mult\u0103 nevoie de socializare) \u015fi s\u0103 o \u00eembin eficient cu nevoia de intimitate, cu echilibrul dat de via\u0163a de familie, cu dorin\u0163a de reg\u0103sire \u00een mediul cel mai sigur pentru noi to\u0163i, cel de acas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u0097&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Locul din care \u00eemi iau energia necesar<\/strong><strong>\u0103<\/strong><strong> dep<\/strong><strong>\u0103\u015f<\/strong><strong>irii unei crize:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nE simplu pentru mine, iau \u015fi ofer energie de la cei\/celor din jurul meu, familie, colegi, prieteni. Sunt extrovert\u0103 prin defini\u0163ie, oric\u00e2t de mult \u00eencerc s\u0103 \u00eemi g\u0103sesc energia \u00een interior, ea nu apare dac\u0103 nu am sursa extern\u0103, un fel de \u201ebaterie solar\u0103\u201d. Pentru mine, aceast\u0103 surs\u0103 sunt oamenii pe care \u00eemi place s\u0103 \u00eei am \u00een jur.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u0097&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Persoana care m-a inspirat cel mai mult \u00een aceast<\/strong><strong>\u0103<\/strong><strong> perioad<\/strong><strong>\u0103<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>\nAceast\u0103 persoan\u0103 este mama mea. Cred c\u0103 mai mult ca oric\u00e2nd, am apreciat c\u00e2t sunt de norocoas\u0103 c\u0103 o pot avea l\u00e2ng\u0103 mine, ce important este c\u00e2nd dai de greu s\u0103 po\u0163i s\u0103 te \u00eentorci la un p\u0103rinte pentru o vorb\u0103 bun\u0103, pentru inspira\u0163ie. Mama mea este un om puternic, \u015fi \u00eentotdeauna, \u00een momentele mai grele, mi-a adus aminte de valorile familiei noastre, de ceea ce conteaz\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat \u00een via\u0163\u0103, de iubire, prietenie, de c\u00e2t conteaz\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2nem aproape unii de al\u0163ii \u015fi s\u0103 \u0163inem \u201ecapul sus\u201d \u015fi drumul drept.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u0097&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Putere vs. feminitate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>&nbsp; <\/strong>Feminitate \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u015fi putere, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 multe altele. Puterea de a da via\u0163\u0103, de a g\u00e2ndi \u015fi cu inima, de a fi un reper pentru familie. \u00cen profesie, ca \u015fi \u00een via\u0163a personal\u0103, femeile au o putere aparte. Aceea de a-\u015fi folosi intui\u0163ia pentru a lua decizii atunci c\u00e2nd datele nu sunt \u00eentotdeauna clare, de a crea apropiere \u015fi prin emo\u0163ie, nu numai prin interes comun.
