De asemenea, Ministerul Educa\u0163iei nu are date despre universit\u0103\u0163ile str\u0103ine care atrag anual cei mai mul\u0163i elevi rom\u00e2ni, neexist\u00e2nd nici date privind num\u0103rul celor care aleg s\u0103 revin\u0103 pe plan local. Lipsa statisticilor concrete legate op\u0163iunile elevilor \u015fi studen\u0163ilor face ca programe cum sunt Rom\u00e2nia Educat\u0103 s\u0103 nu fie mai mult de simple exerci\u0163ii de imagine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eInforma\u0163iile solicitate nu sunt stocate \u00een bazele de date ale Ministerului Educa\u0163iei, absolven\u0163ii nefiind obliga\u0163i s\u0103 le comunice, odat\u0103 ce \u015fi-au \u00eencheiat traseul educa\u0163ional \u00een sistemul na\u0163ional de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar sau superior\u201c, a r\u0103spuns Radu Szekely, secretar de stat \u00een cadrul Ministerului Educa\u0163iei la solicitarea ZF privind o statistic\u0103 a elevilor care aleg s\u0103 plece anual peste grani\u0163e pentru a-\u015fi continua studiile.<\/p>\n<p>\nAceasta este doar o alt\u0103 necunoscut\u0103 care se adaug\u0103 celor existente \u00eentr-o \u0163ar\u0103&nbsp; care nici m\u0103car num\u0103rul de locuitori nu \u015fi-i \u015ftie. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, \u00een ciuda acestor incertitudini, programele pentru reformarea sistemului de educa\u0163ie astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t acesta s\u0103 preg\u0103teasc\u0103 viitoare genera\u0163ii de tineri u\u015for adaptabili economiei de pia\u0163\u0103 cotinu\u0103 s\u0103 fie scrise.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eRom\u00e2nia Educat\u0103\u201c, un document de peste 137 de pagini a fost lansat s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na aceasta la sediul guvernului, \u00een prezen\u0163a pre\u015fedintelui Klaus Iohannis, dup\u0103 \u015fase ani de dezbateri.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201e\u00cen 2030, elevii vor deprinde, prin educa\u0163ie, mecanisme de rezilien\u0163\u0103 care s\u0103 sprijine adaptarea acestora la incertitudini \u015fi la situa\u0163ii de criz\u0103. Cu sprijinul \u00eentregii comunit\u0103\u0163i educa\u0163ionale, ace\u015ftia vor fi cet\u0103\u0163eni responsabili \u00een devenire, cu stim\u0103 de sine, capabili s\u0103 se adapteze la dinamica social\u0103 a viitorului\u201c, se arat\u0103 \u00een document.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00centrebarea care se ridic\u0103 este cum va putea comunitatea educa\u0163ional\u0103 s\u0103 modeleze viitoarele genera\u0163ii de elevi \u015fi studen\u0163i c\u00e2nd nici m\u0103car nu exist\u0103 date privind op\u0163iunile de carier\u0103 ale celor viza\u0163i?<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eDintre \u0163intele concrete pe care ni le propunem, reamintesc sc\u0103derea ratei de p\u0103r\u0103sire timpurie a \u015fcolii, reducerea ratei de analfabetism func\u0163ional, asigurarea competen\u0163elor digitale de baz\u0103, at\u00e2t \u00een cazul profesorilor, c\u00e2t \u015fi al elevilor, dez\u00advoltarea \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului profesional, precum \u015fi cre\u015fterea num\u0103rului de absolven\u0163i de studii superioare\u201c, a spus pre\u015fedintele Iohannis \u00een deschiderea \u015fedin\u0163ei de guvern.<\/p>\n<p>\nStrategia Rom\u00e2nia Educat\u0103 include \u0163inte precum sc\u0103derea ratei de abandon \u015fcolar, sc\u0103derea ratei de analfabetism func\u0163ional, precum \u015fi digitalizarea sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt. Mai departe, se dore\u015fte sc\u0103derea ratei de p\u0103r\u0103sire timpurie a \u015fcolii, p\u00e2n\u0103 la un nivel de cel mult 10%. Un alt obiectiv major este reducerea cu minimum 50% a prezentei rate de analfabetism func\u0163ional astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la cel mult 20%.
