Acesta este modelul pe care vom continua s\u0103 oper\u0103m \u00een continuare, \u00eens\u0103 spa\u0163iul de birou, de\u015fi va fi ocupat \u00eentr-un mod diferit, va r\u0103m\u00e2ne un element central al activit\u0103\u0163ii noastre.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u0097&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Cum mi-am men<\/strong><strong>\u0163<\/strong><strong>inut colegii motiva<\/strong><strong>\u0163<\/strong><strong>i \u00een ultimul an:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nAnul 2020 a fost anul \u00een care mi-am v\u0103zut colegii mai pu\u0163in, \u00eens\u0103 am comunicat cu ei mai mult dec\u00e2t o f\u0103ceam \u00een trecut. \u00cen perioada st\u0103rii de urgen\u0163\u0103, c\u00e2nd am migrat c\u0103tre lucrul de acas\u0103, \u00eent\u00e2lnirile virtuale cu echipele au fost mai dese dec\u00e2t erau \u00eent\u00e2lnirile fizice la birou \u00eentr-un context normal, iar pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 subiectele de business pe care le discut\u0103m, am l\u0103sat loc \u015fi temelor informale, pe care le-am fi dezb\u0103tut \u00een pauza de pr\u00e2nz sau la o cafea atunci c\u00e2nd eram cu to\u0163ii la birou. Odat\u0103 cu ridicarea restric\u0163iilor, am organizat revenirea la birou \u00een condi\u0163ii de siguran\u0163\u0103 \u015fi am acordat flexibilitate echipelor s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi stabileasc\u0103 programul de lucru \u00een func\u0163ie de contextul profesional \u015fi personal al fiec\u0103rui membru al echipei. Astfel, comunicarea, flexibilitatea \u015fi preocuparea autentic\u0103 pentru binele colegilor cred c\u0103 au contribuit la motivarea echipei \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u0097&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Locul din care \u00eemi iau energia necesar<\/strong><strong>\u0103<\/strong><strong> dep<\/strong><strong>\u0103\u015f<\/strong><strong>irii unei crize:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nSportul, c\u0103l\u0103toriile \u015fi timpul petrecut cu familia \u015fi cu prietenii sunt sursele mele pricipale de energie. De\u015fi criza generat\u0103 de pandemie a venit \u015fi cu multe restric\u0163ii, am g\u0103sit modalit\u0103\u0163i creative pentru a accesa aceste surse. Am f\u0103cut sport acas\u0103 \u015fi \u00een parc, am c\u0103l\u0103torit mai mult \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, m-am bucurat de mai mult timp petrecut cu familia \u015fi am savurat \u00eent\u00e2lnirile cu to\u0163i cei dragi, atunci c\u00e2nd au devenit posibile.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u0097&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Persoana care m-a inspirat cel mai mult \u00een aceast<\/strong><strong>\u0103<\/strong><strong> perioad<\/strong><strong>\u0103<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>\nColegii au fost sursa mea de inspira\u0163ie \u00een toat\u0103 aceast\u0103 perioada.
