Cu toate acestea, compania aerian\u0103 na\u0163ional\u0103 a reu\u015fit s\u0103 supravie\u0163uiasc\u0103 primului an de criz\u0103, \u00een special datorit\u0103 ajust\u0103rii opera\u0163iunilor \u015fi exploat\u0103rii unor noi oportunit\u0103\u0163i pe segmentul zborurilor neregulate\u201d, spune comunicatul companiei.<\/p>\n<p>\nC\u0103t\u0103lin Prunariu \u00ee\u015fi propune s\u0103 implementeze un model de operare eficient, prin adaptarea rolului companiei pe pia\u0163a de transport aerian, at\u00e2t la nivel na\u0163ional, c\u00e2t \u015fi european, \u00een scopul asigur\u0103rii profitabilit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi a stabilit\u0103\u0163ii pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eFinalizarea restructur\u0103rii organiza\u0163ionale \u015fi de personal, re\u00eennoirea flotei de aeronave \u015fi uniformizarea acesteia, reforma financiar\u0103, eficientizarea activit\u0103\u0163ii comerciale \u015fi de marketing precum \u015fi digitalizarea extensiv\u0103 sunt obiectivele majore pe care se va sprijini relansarea companiei, dar \u015fi transformarea acesteia \u00een principalul juc\u0103tor de pe pia\u0163a transportului aerian din Rom\u00e2nia\u201d, a spus C\u0103t\u0103lin Prunariu.<\/p>\n<p>\nNoul manager preia conducerea \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 dificil\u0103 pentru industria aeronautic\u0103 \u015fi pentru Tarom, companie care se confrunt\u0103 cu probleme financiare serioase.<\/p>\n<p>\n<span>Sectorul transportului aerian de pasageri a \u00eenregistrat o sc\u0103dere semnifi\u00adcativ\u0103 \u00een 2020, de peste 60% fa\u0163\u0103 de anii anteriori, gener\u00e2nd pierderi \u00eensemnate pentru operatorii din acest sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<span>Potrivit unui comunicat anterior al Tarom, \u00eentr-un context de pia\u0163\u0103 extrem de dificil, redresarea companiei \u00eentr-un termen scurt a devenit critic\u0103, fiind necesar ca m\u0103surile de reducere de costuri implementate deja \u00een perioada de lockdown (\u015fomaj tehnic pentru categoriile de personal cu activitate redus\u0103, desfiin\u0163area mai multor agen\u0163ii interne \u015fi externe, implementarea unui program de plec\u0103ri voluntare, reducerea cheltuielilor de operare, conservarea aeronavelor la sol) s\u0103 fie dublate de m\u0103suri cu impact pe termen mediu \u015fi lung. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<span><span -webkit-text-stroke-width:=\"\" background-color:=\"\" color:=\"\" display:=\"\" float:=\"\" font-family:=\"\" font-size:=\"\" font-style:=\"\" font-variant-caps:=\"\" font-variant-ligatures:=\"\" font-weight:=\"\" inline=\"\" letter-spacing:=\"\" orphans:=\"\" text-align:=\"\" text-decoration-color:=\"\" text-decoration-style:=\"\" text-decoration-thickness:=\"\" text-indent:=\"\" text-transform:=\"\" white-space:=\"\" widows:=\"\" word-spacing:=\"\">Din 2008, Tarom a acumulat pierderi de peste 1,8 miliarde de lei, iar anul trecut, potrivit unor estim\u0103ri a putea avea un minus de peste 315 mi\u00adlioane de lei (circa 65 de milioane de euro), la rivalitate cu pierderile enorme din 2010, c\u00e2nd firma a avut pierderi de 332 de milioane de lei.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\nC\u0103t\u0103lin Prunariu este fiul cosmonautului Dumitru Prunariu \u015fi a \u00eenceput s\u0103 lucreze \u00een cadrul Tarom \u00een anul 2009, \u00een calitate de copilot, ulterior profes\u00e2nd ca pilot comandant, instructor \u015fi examinator.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen paralel, \u00eentre 2012 \u015fi 2017, a fost membru \u00een Consiliul de Administra\u0163ie al Autorit\u0103\u0163ii Aeronautice Civile Rom\u00e2ne.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen perioada 2019-2020 a ocupat func\u0163ia de inspector-\u015fef pentru opera\u0163iuni aeriene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Compania
