Aceste unit\u0103\u0163i sunt mai prezente \u00een ora\u015fele mici \u015fi \u00een zona rural\u0103 unde str\u0103inii \u00eenc\u0103 nu au p\u0103truns, sau nu \u00een for\u0163\u0103 cel pu\u0163in.
