Cum se apara jucatorii din<br \/>\npiata? Dezvoltatorii sustin ca nu pot sa reduca preturile sub<br \/>\nnivelul minim la care s-au inteles cu bancile, care la randul lor<br \/>\nspun ca urmaresc interesele deponentilor. In acelasi timp<br \/>\nproprietarii de apartamente vechi fac pretul &#8220;dupa cum vad pe<br \/>\ninternet&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ce miracole mai asteapta dezvoltatorii? Vor sa mai vanda<br \/>\napartamente cu 10.000 de euro\/mp in Primaverii cum faceau odata?<br \/>\nAcest lucru nu se va mai intampla. Doar proiectele viabile isi vor<br \/>\nputea pastra preturile.
