Al\u0163i 5% dintre angaja\u0163i nu sunt deci\u015fi asupra situa\u0163iei lor profesionale actuale.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen contextul unei crize \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een desf\u0103\u015furare, 42% afirm\u0103 c\u0103 nu \u00eei influen\u0163eaz\u0103 instabilitatea pie\u0163ei muncii din prezent, \u00een timp ce 46% dintre responden\u0163i declar\u0103 c\u0103 pandemia \u00eei determin\u0103 s\u0103 nu renun\u0163e la actualul angajator, iar 12% spun c\u0103 sunt \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103 mai stabil.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen privin\u0163a beneficiilor c\u0103utate de angaja\u0163i la viitorul angajator, cele legate direct de efectele pandemiei (de la cele de natur\u0103 medical\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la cele referitoare la flexibilizarea programului) sunt cele mai sus cotate.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;Angaja\u0163ii rom\u00e2ni sunt, de asemenea, interesa\u0163i de posibilit\u0103\u0163ile de training, avansare \u015fi dezvoltare, precum \u015fi de beneficiile
