Concret, \u201eThe Innovation Start-up Framework (ISF)\u201d este primul modul al unui sistem integrat de management al inova\u0163iei \u015fi are ca obiectiv stabilizarea bazelor unui proces structurat \u015fi repetitiv de inovare, la scar\u0103 organiza\u0163ional\u0103, c\u00e2t \u015fi a unui comportament orientat c\u0103tre inovare, \u00een r\u00e2ndul angaja\u0163ilor.<\/p>\n<p>\nImplementarea ISF nu presupune din partea companiilor un efort deosebit, ci presupune interesul top managementului, spun reprezentan\u0163ii Enovise Present.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nSistemul ISF presupune 4 etape:<\/p>\n<p>\n\u25baIdentificarea oportunit\u0103\u0163ilor. Fiecare companie va identifica direc\u0163iile strategice de dezvoltare pe care le consider\u0103 oportunit\u0103\u0163i ce vor sus\u0163ine cre\u015fterea viitoare. Rolul principal \u00een aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 \u00eel are echipa de top management.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u008d\u25baGenerarea si selectarea ideilor. Responsabilitatea de a genera idei revine tuturor angaja\u0163ilor \u2013 top management, middle management, dar \u015fi personalului de execu\u0163ie. Selec\u0163ia ideilor trebuie f\u0103cut\u0103 de c\u0103tre o echip\u0103 dedicat\u0103, \u00een baza unor criterii clare \u015fi relevante pentru companie. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n\u25baCrearea unor echipe dedicate pentru experimentare. Este etapa critic\u0103 a procesului. Este necesar ca organiza\u0163iile s\u0103 aloce un num\u0103r mic de angaja\u0163i care s\u0103 continue procesul.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u008f\u25baDesemnarea sponsorilor de proiect. Un \u201esponsor\u201d este o persoan\u0103 cu experien\u0163\u0103 din cadrul organiza\u0163iei, reprezentant al top managementului, autorizat s\u0103 ia decizii. Sponsorii desemna\u0163i vor aproba sau respinge proiecte de inova\u0163ie \u015fi vor stabili reguli \u015fi practici interne, \u00een baza c\u0103rora echipele de inovare s\u0103-\u015fi desf\u0103\u015foare activitatea.<\/p>\n<p>\nImplementarea ISF pune bazele unui proces structurat \u015fi a unei culturi a inova\u0163iei. Chiar dac\u0103, pentru \u00eenceput, apelarea la resurse externe specializate poate fi op\u0163iunea corect\u0103, ulterior, prin transferul de know-how facilitat de speciali\u015fti, companiile vor putea internaliza procesul \u015fi dezvolta in-house un centru de excelen\u0163\u0103 \u00een inova\u0163ie. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nPersoanele implicate \u00een dezvoltarea proiectului sunt <strong><ins>Adrian Banciu \u2013<\/ins><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><ins>senior project manager, <\/ins><\/strong>cu experien\u0163\u0103 de peste 20 de ani \u00een consultan\u0163\u0103 de management; <strong><ins>Ionu\u0163 Zaharia \u2013 CEO, <\/ins><\/strong>12 ani de experien\u0163\u0103 \u00een consultan\u0163\u0103 de management \u015fi antreprenoriat, expert \u00een managementul inova\u0163iei \u015fi <strong><ins>Cristina Merticaru \u2013 consultant de management, expert \u00een managementul inova\u0163iei. <\/ins><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5538\/19859702\/2\/3.jpg?height=877&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 877px; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><ins>Elementul de noutate: <\/ins><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nReprezentan\u0163ii companiei spun c\u0103 prin intermediul acestui sistem, realizeaz\u0103 \u201eDemistificarea Inova\u0163iei\u201d: ISF are rolul de a pune la dispozi\u0163ia companiilor rom\u00e2ne\u015fti, cu experien\u0163\u0103 limitat\u0103 sau f\u0103r\u0103 experien\u0163\u0103 \u00een inovare \u015fi experimentare, un proces simplu, ce poate fi implementat f\u0103r\u0103 eforturi considerabile.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><ins>Efectele inova\u0163iei: <\/ins><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nImplementarea ISF duce la dep\u0103\u015firea barierelor care blocheaz\u0103 declan\u015farea procesului de inovare (de exemplu, frica de necunoscut) \u015fi cre\u015fte \u00eencrederea companiilor \u00een aceste ini\u0163iative, prin implementarea unui sistem structurat \u015fi repetitiv. Mai mult, ISF \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 dezvoltarea unei culturi organiza\u0163ionale orientate spre inovare. Reprezentan\u0163ii companiei spun c\u0103 astfel deciziile luate vor fi mai corecte, sus\u0163inute de date relevante din pia\u0163\u0103, iar rata de succes a lans\u0103rilor de noi produse sau servicii va cre\u015fte.
