Pentru un post pe care l-am avut liber, din<br \/>\n250 de aplicatii, am reusit sa trimitem doar un singur om pe lista<br \/>\nscurta&#8221;, spune Raluca Parvu, senior consultant business<br \/>\ndevelopment, in cadrul companiei specializate in consultanta pe<br \/>\nresurse umane BPI Group.<\/p>\n<p>Candidatii la pozitiile de management au devenit nu doar mai<br \/>\nmulti, ci si mai putin pretentioasi. Daca pana acum se lasau vanati<br \/>\nde head-hunteri, acum ei sunt cei care ii cauta si accepta, in urma<br \/>\nnegocierilor, salarii cu pana la 30% mai mici decat cele pe care le<br \/>\ncer in prima faza.<\/p>\n<p>Pe de alta parte, angajatorii au devenit mult mai pretentiosi si<br \/>\nnu mai accepta, ca in 2007 sau in 2008, pe orice in companie.<br \/>\nTocmai de aceea, selectia este mult mai riguroasa si multi dintre<br \/>\ncandidati se dovedesc insuficient pregatiti pentru a conduce un<br \/>\ndepartament sau o divizie dintr-o companie.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Concedierile din ultimul an nu au afectat doar angajatii de rand, ci si pe cei de la conducerea companiilor, astfel incat acum sunt foarte multi fosti manageri care isi cauta de munca.
