Suntem \u00eenconjura\u0163i de natur\u0103 \u015fi apreciem ceea ce ne ofer\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t alimenta\u0163ia bio a devenit un subiect foarte important \u00een via\u0163a noastr\u0103. La un moment dat, am aflat despre beneficiile laptelui de capr\u0103 pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate, precum \u015fi despre faptul c\u0103 p\u0103\u015funile noastre, bogate \u00een plante medicinale \u015fi tufi\u015furi, sunt preferate de capre pentru p\u0103scut\u201d, poveste\u015fte Gy\u00f6ngyv\u00e9r Becze-M\u00e1th\u00e9, fondatoarea Timian, din Harghita.<\/p>\n<p>\nPrimul pas a fost achizi\u0163ia a zece capre, care s\u0103 asigure resursele de lapte proasp\u0103t pentru familie. Antreprenoarea s-a g\u00e2ndit apoi c\u0103 ar putea s\u0103 produc\u0103 br\u00e2nzeturi \u00een cantit\u0103\u0163i mai mari, astfel c\u0103, de la zece, s-a ajuns la o sut\u0103 de capre, iar mai t\u00e2rziu animalele s-au diversificat. Nimeni din familie nu avea experien\u0163\u0103 \u00een muls \u015fi p\u0103\u015funat, astfel c\u0103 primele \u00eencerc\u0103ri nu au fost lipsite de dificult\u0103\u0163i. Produc\u0163ia \u00een sine a br\u00e2nzeturilor a fost mai u\u015for de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eAici mi-am g\u0103sit locul. Eu sunt de profesie economist, dar la ferm\u0103 pot lucra cel mai bine, sunt lini\u015ftit\u0103, \u00eemi place s\u0103 observ procesul de prelucrare, s\u0103 fiu activ\u0103 \u00een acest proces.\u201d Ferma Timian e a\u015fezat\u0103 \u00een jude\u0163ul Harghita, chiar l\u00e2ng\u0103 Miercurea Ciuc, unde zi de zi cei trei angaja\u0163i \u201edesc\u00e2nt\u0103\u201d laptele pentru a-l preface \u00een br\u00e2nzeturi proaspete, ca\u015fcaval \u015fi alte specialit\u0103\u0163i. Tot \u00een aceste investi\u0163ii este inclus\u0103 \u015fi o agropensiune, c\u0103reia i-am pus bazele, dar care nu este finalizat\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 \u015fi va face parte dintr-un proiect viitor. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 investi\u0163iile proprii, am accesat \u015fi fonduri nerambursabile\u201d, spune Gy\u00f6ngyv\u00e9r Becze-M\u00e1th\u00e9. La dezvoltarea businessului a contribuit \u015fi ajutorul APIA (Agen\u0163ia de Pl\u0103\u0163i \u015fi Interven\u0163ie pentru Agricultur\u0103).<\/p>\n<p>\nAstfel, anul trecut, cifra de afaceri generat\u0103 de br\u00e2nzeturile Timian a ajuns la 286.300 de lei (62.000 de euro) \u015fi profitul \u2013 la 56.700 de lei (12.000 de euro). Iar cifrele sunt \u00een continu\u0103 cre\u015ftere.<\/p>\n<p>\nCu noi fonduri nerambursabile \u2013 pentru care familia din Harghita a aplicat \u015fi a c\u0103ror aprobare o a\u015fteapt\u0103 \u2013 businessul ar urma s\u0103 se extind\u0103 cu un grajd nou, o modernizare a l\u0103pt\u0103riei \u015fi deschiderea agropensiunii. Dup\u0103 modernizarea l\u0103pt\u0103riei, ar urma s\u0103 fie preluat lapte \u015fi de la animale de\u0163inute de al\u0163i produc\u0103tori \u015fi procesat \u00een vederea ob\u0163inerii de br\u00e2nzeturi.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen prezent, produsele Timian se v\u00e2nd online, \u00een industria HoReCa, \u00een b\u0103c\u0103nii \u015fi pr\u0103v\u0103lii cu produse bio sau organice, \u00een re\u0163eaua de magazine Amigo din jude\u0163ele Harghita \u015fi Covasna, dar \u015fi companiilor care decid s\u0103 ofere angaja\u0163ilor sau partenerilor pachete gourmet cadou.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201ePrintre ei se num\u0103r\u0103 aprozarul organic Nasul Ro\u015fu \u015fi B\u0103c\u0103nia J\u00e1nos B\u00e1csi din Bucure\u015fti, Pr\u0103v\u0103lia Paprika \u015fi B\u0103c\u0103nia lui Tomi\u0163\u0103 din Bra\u015fov, restaurantele Hambar, Gastrolab \u015fi Palatul Suter \u00een Bucure\u015fti, hotelul Privo \u00een T\u00e2rgu-Mure\u015f\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\nTimian vrea s\u0103 deschid\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 noi u\u015fi, sprijinindu-se \u015fi de semnifica\u0163ia cultural\u0103 pe care o poart\u0103 \u00een spate. Timian este numele unei plante specifice p\u0103\u015funilor harghitene \u015fi, totodat\u0103, numele pe care fondatorii companiei l-au dat nimfei care constituie logo-ul \u2013 aluzie la nimfa care l-a al\u0103ptat pe Zeus, reprezentat\u0103 sub forma unei capre.
