Ce a urmat poart\u0103 numele Spinoa, un brand de produse pe baz\u0103 de spirulin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nRomain Couderc a c\u0103l\u0103torit timp de un an prin Asia, cu bicicleta, peste 7.000 de kilometri, din Turcia p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een Cambodgia, av\u00e2nd \u00een bagaj spirulin\u0103, pentru un boost de energie. \u00cen Bangkok a dat peste un startup care producea spirulin\u0103 proasp\u0103t\u0103 pe acoperi\u015f, a gustat-o \u015fi i-a pl\u0103cut. Folosea deja aceast\u0103 microalg\u0103 pentru a-l ajuta \u00een activit\u0103\u0163ile lui sportive, dar abia atunci a realizat c\u0103 produsul are un poten\u0163ial mare de dezvoltare.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eAcum doi ani, c\u00e2nd m-am reg\u0103sit cu Florent \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, el av\u00e2nd o experien\u0163\u0103 de zece ani \u00een domeniul agroalimentar, am vorbit despre spirulin\u0103 \u015fi despre faptul c\u0103 poate fi un aliment \u00een sine, nu doar un supliment alimentar. Crunchies arat\u0103 bine, sunt gustoase, 100% naturale \u015fi u\u015for de ad\u0103ugat \u00een supe, salate \u015fi alte feluri de m\u00e2ncare. Au gust un pic s\u0103rat \u015fi autentic\u201d, explic\u0103 Romain.<\/p>\n<p>\nAnul 2019 a fost primul de activitate pentru cei doi antreprenori francezi, un an \u00een care au participat la multe t\u00e2rguri \u015fi evenimente \u015fi care le-a adus afaceri de 55.000 de lei. Au \u00eenceput s\u0103 colaboreze cu restaurante precum Papila, Rawdia sau M60, dar \u015fi cu magazine online \u015fi offline din Bucure\u015fti \u015fi din restul \u0163\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eNe-am axat pe dezvoltare de produse, am lansat o miere cu spirulin\u0103, o gam\u0103 de ciocolat\u0103 cu spirulin\u0103 \u015fi alte superalimente, dar \u015fi un s\u0103pun cu spirulin\u0103 &#8211; toate produse local, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nSpirulina este produs\u0103 \u00een Fran\u0163a \u015fi \u00een Burkina Faso, \u00eens\u0103 din 2021 Spinoa va avea produc\u0163ie local\u0103 proprie. Clien\u0163ii sunt majoritar femei, care reprezint\u0103 60% din total. Au v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 25 \u015fi 45 de ani, sunt oameni care caut\u0103 produse s\u0103n\u0103toase, oameni sportivi, care vor o surs\u0103 alternativ\u0103 de protein\u0103 \u015fi micronutrien\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eSpirulina fiind un antiviral puternic \u015fi \u00eent\u0103rind sistemul imunitar, am avut o cre\u015ftere la v\u00e2nz\u0103ri \u00een primele luni de pandemie. Majoritatea spirulinei de pe pia\u0163a din Rom\u00e2nia provine din Asia \u015fi nu are o trasabilitate clar\u0103. A\u015fa vor putea produce \u00een Rom\u00e2nia spirulina proasp\u0103t\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eFerma va fi deschis\u0103 pentru vizitatori \u015fi studen\u0163i de orice v\u00e2rst\u0103.
