De altfel, din 2014 \u00eencoace, suprafa\u0163a medie locuibil\u0103 per locuin\u0163\u0103 nou\u0103 se afl\u0103 pe un trend de sc\u0103dere.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5531\/19442407\/3\/1-tabel-suprafete.jpg?height=218&#038;width=200\" style=\"width: 200px; height: 218px; margin: 10px; float: left;\" \/>\u00cen ultimii dou\u0103zeci de ani, maximul a \u00eensemnat 76 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i pentru o locuin\u0163\u0103 nou livrat\u0103, medie \u00eenregistrat\u0103 \u00een anii 2010, 2011 \u015fi 2013.<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru a realiza media, s-a folosit su\u00adprafa\u0163a total\u0103 locuibil\u0103, raportat\u0103 la num\u0103rul total de locuin\u0163e livrate anual.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eDin 2012-2013, c\u00e2nd pia\u0163a imo\u00adbilia\u00adr\u0103 a \u00eenceput s\u0103-\u015fi revin\u0103 dup\u0103 criza dezvoltatorii s-au adaptat \u015fi au \u00eenceput s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 unit\u0103\u0163i mai mici, si\u00admi\u00adlare cu cele vechi, dar poate mai bine compartimentate. A fost astfel dep\u0103\u015fit recordul \u00eenregistrat \u00een 2008, c\u00e2nd fuseser\u0103 livrate 67.255 de locuin\u0163e.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa fel ca \u00een anii anteriori, cea mai mare pondere din totalul livr\u0103rilor de anul trecut o are mediul urban. Ca urmare, \u00een ora\u015fe au fost concentrate 40.564 de locuin\u0163e din total.
