{"id":1839,"date":"2006-01-22T19:18:00","date_gmt":"2006-01-22T19:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=1839"},"modified":"2026-04-02T07:33:55","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T07:33:55","slug":"investitii-en-gros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=1839","title":{"rendered":"INVESTITII EN-GROS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><STRONG><SPAN class=text>  <P align=justify><STRONG>In Romania exista doua mari investitii straine in comertul cu legume si fructe a caror valoare cumulata este de aproape 40 milioane de euro<\/STRONG><\/P>  <UL>  <LI>  <DIV align=justify><STRONG>SU MARKET<\/STRONG><\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL>  <P align=justify><\/SPAN><\/STRONG><SPAN class=text>Dezvoltat de compania turca de constructii SU Group, complexul va fi amplasat in zona intersectiei dintre Soseaua Bucuresti-Urziceni si linia de centura a Capitalei.<\/SPAN><\/P>  <P align=justify><SPAN class=text><STRONG>INVESTITIE: <\/STRONG>12,7 milioane de euro, din care 700.000 de euro reprezinta pretul terenului cu o suprafata de 7,5 hectare, pe care va fi dezvoltat proiectul.<\/SPAN><\/P>  <P align=justify><SPAN class=text><STRONG>SPATII: <\/STRONG>Complexul va avea 125 de standuri amenajate pe doua niveluri (parter si etaj), fiecare dotat cu camera frigorifica si spatii de birouri, punct vamal, supermarket, control fito-sanitar, filiale bancare, parcare pentru 250 de tiruri. O parte dintre standuri vor fi inchiriate, altele vor fi vandute, dar preturile nu au fost comunicate inca.<\/SPAN><\/P>  <P align=justify><SPAN class=text><STRONG>FINALIZARE: <\/STRONG>Complexul ar trebui construit pana la sfarsitul acestui an.<\/P>  <UL>  <LI>  <DIV align=justify><STRONG>PIATA DE GROS BUCURESTI<\/STRONG><\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL>  <P align=justify>PGB este formata dintr-o piata centrala, situata pe un teren de 16 hectare in zona de sud a Bucurestiului, si sase centre de colectare amplasate in comune din judetele din jur (la Brezoaiele, Mihaiesti, Movilita, Cuza Voda, Giurgiu si Vidra).<\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>INVESTITIE: <\/STRONG>In perioada 1993-1997 au fost investite circa 32 de milioane de dolari (27 de milioane de euro). Proiectul a fost finantat prin imprumuturi de la BERD, dar si din surse furnizate de Guvernul Germaniei.<\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>SPATII: <\/STRONG>In prezent, potrivit reprezentantilor PGB, in incinta complexului functioneaza 150 de firme.
