Autorul reaminte\u015fte c\u0103 niciun stat nu a fost preg\u0103tit s\u0103 lupte eficient contra pandemiei, dar c\u0103 vinova\u0163ii nu trebuiesc c\u0103uta\u0163i \u00eentr-un partid sau \u00een altul pentru c\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna problemele unei societ\u0103\u0163i au cauze multiple \u015fi sunt complexe.<\/p>\n<p>\nCum putem ie\u015fi din aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie? Simplu spus: construind. De la infrastructur\u0103 rutier\u0103 \u015fi feroviar\u0103, fabrici, ferme p\u00e2n\u0103 la produse precum calculatorul, cipul, smartphone-ul \u015fi miile de lucruri care ne fac via\u0163a mai u\u015foar\u0103 \u015fi pe care p\u00e2n\u0103 acum le-am luat ca un dat sigur.<\/p>\n<p>\nReiau sumar mai jos un plan de ac\u0163iuni pentru o relansare din parte organiza\u0163iilor \u015fi a guvernelor ce pot fi implementate \u00een maxim \u015fase luni.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha;\">\n<li>\n<strong>Reg\u00e2ndirea tututor produselor \u015fi serviciilor \u00eentr-o manier\u0103 digital\u0103 orientate strict c\u0103tre client.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">\nPasul 1: Alinierea organiza\u0163iei c\u0103tre noile priorit\u0103\u0163i digitale. Acest lucru va implica \u015fi un efort de recalibrare\/training a actualilor angaja\u0163i pentru ob\u0163inerea aptitudinilor necesare. \u00cen anumite cazuri se va recruta din exterior pentru acoperirea aptitudinilor lips\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">\nPasul 2: Asigurarea unor produse \u015fi servicii la nivelul celor mai buni juc\u0103tori din pia\u0163\u0103. De exemplu, dac\u0103 sunt o banc\u0103 \u015fi doresc s\u0103 am un produs exclusiv online ar trebui s\u0103 m\u0103 \u00eentreb de c\u00e2te click-uri e nevoie pentru ob\u0163inerea acelui produs? <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/m_aamirashraf\/status\/1266045791233347587\/photo\/1\">28 de click-uri<\/a> precum Revolut sau 120 pentru alt\u0103 banc\u0103?<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">\nPasul 3: Lansarea produselor\/serviciilor digitale la maxim 180 de zile de la startul <em>Pasului 1<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha;\">\n<li value=\"2\">\n<strong>Folosirea <em>Inteligen\u0163ei Artificiale<\/em> pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea opera\u0163iunilor<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\nPasul 1: Evaluarea performan\u0163ei sistemelor critice din organiza\u0163ie. \u00centrebarea cheie este urm\u0103toarea: pot sa iau o decizie vizualizand informa\u0163iile cheie st\u00e2nd la semafor?<\/p>\n<p>\nPasul 2: Recalibrarea la actualele cerin\u0163e, \u015fi anume: <em>Intelligent automation <\/em>(adic\u0103 automatizare total\u0103 a fluxurilor prin diverse combinarea a mai multor tehnologii precum RPA, Chatbots, Intelligent OCR), folosirea de dashboard-uri etc. Pe partea de Robotic Process Automation \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ile pot fi at\u00e2t la nivel de companie, dar \u015fi la nivel de individ prin folosirea unor programe de software <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uipath.com\/product\/studiox\">dedicate<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\nPasul 3: Dezvoltarea capabilit\u0103\u0163ilor intern sau cu ajutor extern pentru operarea re\u0163elei create. Priorizarea cadranelor se va face alfabetic: A, B, C \u015fi D.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pasul 2: Mutarea opera\u0163iunilor \u00een cloud. Din acestea reamintesc: <a href=\"http:\/\/mdbi.fabiz.ase.ro\/\">g\u00e2ndire analitic\u0103 \u015fi inovatoare<\/a>, \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are activ\u0103, programare \u015fi <a href=\"http:\/\/old.fabiz.ase.ro\/consulting\">rezolvarea problemelor complexe.<\/a><\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha;\">\n<li value=\"4\">\n<strong>Reg\u00e2ndirea organigramei organiza\u0163iei<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\nPasul 1: Auditarea modului \u00een care organiza\u0163ia ia decizii, se adapteaz\u0103 \u015fi reac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 la ce \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een pia\u0163\u0103. Observ\u0103m deja \u00een multe companii dispari\u0163ia complet\u0103 a <em>\u201cstraturilor\u201d<\/em> intermediare din organiza\u0163ii cumulate cu uniformizarea cvasi-total\u0103 a acestora.<\/p>\n<p>\nPasul 2: Dezvoltarea de modele de lucru care s\u0103 \u00eembine munca eficient\u0103 \u00een echip\u0103 de la distan\u0163\u0103. \u00cenc\u0103rcarea angaja\u0163ilor cu video-conferin\u0163e interminabile duce la <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2020\/04\/how-to-combat-zoom-fatigue\">oboseal\u0103 accelerat\u0103<\/a>, pierderea concetr\u0103rii \u015fi a demotiv\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>\nPasul 3: Reg\u00e2ndirea planului de dezvoltarea personal\u0103 pentru fiecare angajat. A\u015fa cum spuneam mai sus, fiecare dintre noi putem fi mai eficien\u0163i automatiz\u00e2nd mici sarcini: rapoarte \u00een excel, campanii de marketing, email-uri trimise automat c\u0103tre clien\u0163i, mod de organizare etc.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha;\">\n<li value=\"5\">\n<strong>Leadership strategic<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\nDirectorul general al companiei (<em>CEO<\/em>) are sarcina de a fi cel care comunic\u0103, promoveaz\u0103, supervizeaz\u0103 \u015fi se asigur\u0103 toate ac\u0163iunile A-D se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 conform planului.<\/p>\n<p>\nMai mult at\u00e2t, sub ac\u0163iunea CEO-ului revin \u015fi alte ac\u0163iuni cheie, precum: implicarea \u015fi men\u0163inerea unor rela\u0163ii mai mult dec\u00e2t formale cu consiliul de administra\u0163ie, dialogul cu toate p\u0103r\u0163ile interesate (ex. autorit\u0103\u0163i, asocia\u0163ii, sindicat etc), colaborarea cu liniile de business pentru a ob\u0163ine rezultate concrete, evaluarea rela\u0163iei dintre obiective \u015fi performan\u0163a real\u0103 a companiei \u015fi, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, actualizarea constant\u0103 a ceea ce numim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.productplan.com\/roadmapping\/\"><em>Process <\/em><em>Roadmap<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n\u015etim deja c\u0103 foarte multe afaceri au ap\u0103rut \u00een urma crizelor economice (ex. Microsoft \u00een 1975, Apple \u00een 1975, respectiv 2001, Netflix \u00een 1997 sau AirBnb \u00een 2008) \u015fi de aceea cred c\u0103 actuala criz\u0103 nu este numai un test de supravie\u0163uire, dar o imens\u0103 oportunitate de reinventare \u015fi de crearea a ceea ce to\u0163i ne dori: un <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mittelstand\"><em>Mittelstand<\/em><\/a> rom\u00e2nesc sau un <em>Silicon Valley<\/em> local.
