Inspirat de atmosfera<br \/>\nunui restaurant londonez, a inceput prin a organiza asa-zise<br \/>\npicnicuri cu bucatari tineri si necunoscuti. Acestia isi preparau<br \/>\nbucatele, in timp ce DJ-ii se ocupau de muzica.<\/p>\n<p>Caracterizat drept &#8220;slow food cu ceva ritmuri muzicale&#8221; sau, asa<br \/>\ncum il descrie Cammas, drept o combinatie de gastronomie si cultura<br \/>\na strazii, Le Fooding si-a castigat in timp adepti la Paris si la<br \/>\nNew York, ajungand sa publice chiar un ghid care clasifica<br \/>\nrestaurantele dupa alte criterii decat ghidul Michelin.<\/p>\n<p>Sunt apreciate bistrourile &#8220;cool&#8221; si in pas cu vremurile, autorii<br \/>\nghidului fiind mai putini impresionati de luxul afisat in materie<br \/>\nde decoratiuni sau accesorii ca servetele sau fete de masa.<br \/>\nUrmatorul ghid anual al Le Fooding urmeaza sa apara in noiembrie<br \/>\n2011 si, desi considerat ca fiind anti-Michelin prin criteriile<br \/>\nsale de apreciere, Alexandre Cammas sustine ca ambele ghiduri pot<br \/>\ncoexista fara probleme pe piata.<\/p>\n<p>Cum in decembrie se vor implini zece ani de la aparitia Le Fooding,<br \/>\naniversarea va fi marcata din timp printr-o serie de evenimente<br \/>\nincepand cu luna aprilie, cand picnicurile caracteristice miscarii<br \/>\nse vor tine la Val d&#8217;Isere, Nisa si Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Alte evenimente vor fi organizate la Milano si la Paris, unde un<br \/>\nrestaurant improvizat va sta deschis vreme de saptezeci si doua de<br \/>\nore, iar bucatarii vor incanta publicul cu arta lor, in schimburi<br \/>\nde cateva ore.
