Industria 4.0 este o oportunitate uria\u015f\u0103 pentru toate aceste arii, \u00eenc\u0103 ea poate fi valorificat\u0103 numai prin abord\u0103ri strategice \u015fi cuprinz\u0103toare, pe termen lung, care s\u0103 aib\u0103 \u00een centru implementarea de noi tehnologii, ajustarea modelelor de conducere \u015fi a culturii organiza\u0163ionale, precum \u015fi adaptarea constant\u0103 a competen\u0163elor angaja\u0163ilor\u201d, a declarat Alexandru Reff, Country Managing Partner, Deloitte Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi Moldova.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nCea de-a patra revolu\u0163ie industrial\u0103 reprezint\u0103 fuziunea elementelor fizice \u015fi a tehnologiilor digitale \u2013 precum robo\u0163i, drone, vehicule autonome, imprimante 3D, inteligen\u0163\u0103 artificial\u0103 (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, nanotehnologie \u2013 care comunic\u0103, analizeaz\u0103 informa\u0163ii \u015fi pot ac\u0163iona pe baza acestora, oferind mai mult\u0103 flexibilitate organiza\u0163iilor, clien\u0163ilor \u015fi societ\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi permi\u0163\u00e2ndu-le s\u0103-\u015fi reduc\u0103 timpul de r\u0103spuns \u015fi s\u0103 ia decizii inteligente bazate pe analizarea datelor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte impactul diverselor tipuri de tehnologii, liderii de business se a\u015fteapt\u0103 ca IoT, AI, solu\u0163iile cloud \u015fi big data\/analytics s\u0103 aib\u0103 cele mai mari efecte asupra organiza\u0163iilor, urmate de nanotehnologie, robotic\u0103 \u015fi senzori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nRaportul privind gradul de preg\u0103tire pentru Industia 4.0 arat\u0103 \u015fi c\u0103 tot mai mul\u0163i lideri consider\u0103 acum c\u0103 responsabilitatea pentru dezvoltarea angaja\u0163ilor este \u015fi a lor, nu doar a individului. De aceea, peste 80% din responden\u0163i au creat sau sunt \u00een curs de creare a unei culturi organiza\u0163ionale care faciliteaz\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area pe tot parcursul vie\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u00cen acest context, atunci c\u00e2nd preg\u0103tesc programe dedicate angaja\u0163ilor, companiile investesc cu prioritate \u00een training \u015fi dezvoltare (74%), \u00een \u00een\u0163elegerea competen\u0163elor necesare \u00een viitor (59%) \u015fi \u00een atragerea \u015fi reten\u0163ia angaja\u0163ilor (28%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u00cen acela\u015fi timp, schimb\u0103rile climatice au devenit una dintre principalele \u00eengrijor\u0103ri ale liderilor din toat\u0103 lumea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nNou\u0103 din zece responden\u0163i se tem c\u0103 efectele modific\u0103rilor climatice ar putea avea efecte negative asupra organiza\u0163iilor lor, iar mul\u0163i dintre ei implementeaz\u0103 programe care \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 ofere solu\u0163ii pentru resursele tot mai limitate \u015fi pentru protejarea mediului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPe de alt\u0103 parte, companiile \u00eenc\u0103 nu profit\u0103 pe deplin de poten\u0163ialul Celei de-a patra revolu\u0163ii industriale, din cauz\u0103 c\u0103 nu au o abordare strategic\u0103 \u00een acest sens.
