Am investit 30.000 de euro \u2013 tot ce economisisem ca headhunter \u2013 ca s\u0103 adun la Rawz legumele, fructele, semin\u0163ele, ierburile, nucile, alunele, uleiurile, aparatele, ustensilele \u015fi c\u0103r\u0163ile de care ar avea nevoie cineva ca s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nce ca mine\u201d, \u00ee\u015fi aminte\u015fte ea.<\/p>\n<p>\nUrm\u0103torul pas a fost s\u0103 g\u0103teasc\u0103, a\u015fa c\u0103 \u015fi-a cump\u0103rat dou\u0103 vitrine frigorifice, c\u00e2teva caserole, un blender, un robot \u015fi o mas\u0103 \u015fi a \u00eenceput s\u0103 prepare mai multe feluri de m\u00e2ncare pentru a le ar\u0103ta doritorilor c\u0103 pot m\u00e2nca s\u0103n\u0103tos cu doar pu\u0163in efort.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eLa 12 noaptea f\u0103ceam aprovizionarea, de pe la 3 diminea\u0163a g\u0103team, de la 8 la 10 dormeam, apoi f\u0103ceam curat, umpleam rafturile de produse, scriam de m\u00e2n\u0103 mici afi\u015fe cu beneficiile ingredientelor (guarana, maca, spirulina), ambalam ce am g\u0103tit, \u00eendesam vitrinele frigorifice cu br\u00e2nz\u0103 de caju, pesto de busuioc, salat\u0103 \u00e0 la russe, pateu de migdale, crem\u0103 de tahini, crackers \u00eencol\u0163i\u0163i \u015fi deshidrata\u0163i, storceam sucuri din ierburi \u015fi fructe \u015fi la 13 deschideam\u201d, poveste\u015fte Andreea L\u0103z\u0103rescu.<\/p>\n<p>\nA\u015fa a luat na\u015ftere restaurantul vegetarian Rawz. Businessul s-a transformat \u00eens\u0103 \u00een 2012, c\u00e2nd antreprenoarea a \u00eenceput livr\u0103rile. A angajat patru scuteri\u015fti \u015fi un biciclist, a \u00eenchis restaurantul \u2013 pentru a se putea dedica \u00een totalitate livr\u0103rilor \u2013 \u015fi a \u00eenceput s\u0103 cutreiere Capitala cu m\u00e2nc\u0103rurile ei raw vegane.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe doi ani, Andreea L\u0103z\u0103rescu gestioneaz\u0103 singur\u0103 businessul Rawz, \u00eens\u0103 inten\u0163ioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 o coopteze \u015fi pe sora ei, Lucia Stoica, \u00een tot procesul care st\u0103 \u00een spatele m\u00e2nc\u0103rii raw vegane pe care o prepar\u0103 \u015fi o livreaz\u0103.\u201eAm investit, \u00een timp, cam 300.000 de euro. Cea mai mare parte a investi\u0163iei am f\u0103cut-o la \u00eenceputul lui 2019, c\u00e2nd am deschis al doilea laborator al Rawz, unde preg\u0103tim, din ingrediente proaspete, tratate 100% manual, artizanal, ready meals (meniuri gata preparate \u2013 trad.) \u015fi pr\u0103jituri pentru c\u00e2teva mari lan\u0163uri de magazine din Bucure\u015fti.\u201d<br \/>\nPrintre retailerii parteneri se reg\u0103se\u015fte Mega Image, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu magazinele Shop &#038; Go. Pentru 2019, Andreea L\u0103z\u0103rescu se a\u015fteapt\u0103 la o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de aproximativ 350.000 de euro, iar anul se va \u00eencheia cu 30 de angaja\u0163i \u015fi 17 colaboratori permanen\u0163i. Antreprenoarea \u015fi-a f\u0103cut deja planurile \u015fi pentru anul 2020, c\u00e2nd estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 businessul va urca la 600.000 de euro.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201ePlanurile pentru anul viitor sunt s\u0103 perfec\u0163ion\u0103m produc\u0163ia de m\u00e2ncare s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 ready meal cu livrare c\u0103tre lan\u0163urile de magazine din Bucure\u015fti. Vrem, de asemenea, s\u0103 continu\u0103m s\u0103 angaj\u0103m mame singure \u015fi femei defavorizate, c\u0103rora s\u0103 le asigur\u0103m, m\u0103car c\u00e2t timp sunt la serviciu, un mediu de via\u0163\u0103 unde s\u0103 se simt\u0103 \u00een siguran\u0163\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nRawz livreaz\u0103 oriunde \u2013 acas\u0103, la birou, la \u015fcoal\u0103, la metrou, la coafor, la masaj, la sala de gimnastic\u0103, la anivers\u0103ri, la nun\u0163i, botezuri \u015fi evenimente speciale unde consumatorii vor s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nce s\u0103n\u0103tos. Clien\u0163ii pot fie s\u0103-\u015fi cumpere pr\u00e2nzul, micul dejun sau deserturile din lan\u0163urile de magazine din Bucure\u015fti \u015fi Ilfov unde Rawz este prezent, fie s\u0103 fac\u0103 direct abonament la Rawz pentru a primi, zilnic, meniul pe care \u015fi-l doresc. Exist\u0103 \u015fi clien\u0163i care comand\u0103 candy baruri pentru evenimente sau cei care comand\u0103 doar un anumit pachet de c\u00e2teva ori pe lun\u0103.<br \/>\nAndreea L\u0103z\u0103rescu are dou\u0103 spa\u0163ii deschise acum \u2013 \u00eentr-unul prepar\u0103 meniurile pentru abona\u0163i, iar \u00een cel\u0103lalt, m\u00e2ncarea care ajunge \u00een magazine. Un pr\u00e2nz Rawz ajunge la 25 de lei, iar o pr\u0103jitur\u0103 raw vegan\u0103 cost\u0103 15 lei.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nIzvorul ideilor de business nu seac\u0103 niciodat\u0103, iar asta o demonstreaz\u0103 at\u00e2t noile, c\u00e2t \u015fi vechile genera\u0163ii de antreprenori. Ziarul Financiar a pornit \u00een c\u0103utare de idei proaspete de afaceri, \u00eentr-un proiect sus\u0163inut de Banca Transilvania, menit s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00een lumin\u0103 spiritul antreprenorial al Rom\u00e2niei de ast\u0103zi. G\u0103si\u0163i mai jos o selec\u0163ie de businessuri pornite de la zero \u015fi mai multe proiecte similare pe platforma www.zf.ro\/afaceri-de-la-zero.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nZF \u015fi Banca Transilvania&nbsp;au lansat PROIECTUL AFACERI DE LA ZERO, o platform\u0103 dedicat\u0103 micilor antreprenori, firmelor care au creat peste 1,7 milioane de locuri de munc\u0103.
