Am proiectat astfel aproape 700 de apartamente, cu numeroase facilit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi cu un amplasament bun, \u00een imediata apropiere a Vivo Mall Constan\u0163a, cel mai mare centru comercial din ora\u015f\u201d, afirm\u0103 Cristian Stanciu, director general al dezvoltatorului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nFaza a doua va include \u015fi amenajarea unui parc de 7.300 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i. Proiectul va include \u015fi locuri de joac\u0103 pentru copii, spa\u0163ii comerciale, o gr\u0103dini\u0163\u0103 \u015fi aproape 1.000 de locuri de parcare. Pre\u0163urile studiourilor \u00eencep de la 49.303 de euro + TVA 5%, de la 64.072 de euro + TVA 5% pentru apartamentele cu dou\u0103 camere \u015fi de la 80.631 de euro + TVA 5% pentru apartamentele cu trei camere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u201dPeste 4.100 de locuin\u0163e au fost predate \u00een 2018 \u00een Constan\u0163a \u015fi \u00eemprejurimi, fiind a doua pia\u0163\u0103 reziden\u0163ial\u0103 regional\u0103 din \u0163ar\u0103, dup\u0103 Cluj \u2013 Napoca. Cu toate acestea, zona N\u0103vodari \u2013 Mamaia dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fte ora\u015ful propriu-zis \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte livr\u0103rile, exist\u00e2nd astfel poten\u0163ial pentru dezvolt\u0103ri reziden\u0163iale de calitate \u015fi cu un concept integrat, amplasate \u00een interiorul ora\u015fului\u201d, explic\u0103 Ionu\u0163 Nicolescu, partener SVN Romania, consultantul imobiliar \u015fi agentul exclusiv al proiectului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDezvoltatorul Tomis Plus a finalizat anterior aproape 1.000 de locuin\u0163e \u00een Constan\u0163a \u015fi \u00een Bucure\u015fti.
