Aceasta a fost aprobat\u0103 \u00een Parlament, \u00eens\u0103 nu s-a \u00eentrunit plenul pentru ca ea s\u0103 fie trimis\u0103 spre promulgarea la pre\u015fedintele Klaus Iohannis.<\/p>\n<p>\nPrintre regulile cuprinse \u00een noua legisla\u0163ie se num\u0103r\u0103 \u015fi faptul c\u0103 platformele de ridesharing trebuie s\u0103 ob\u0163in\u0103 aviz tehnic de func\u0163ionare de la Ministerul Comunica\u0163iilor \u015fi Societ\u0103\u0163ii Informa\u0163ionale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nPrintre celelalte prevederi se num\u0103r\u0103 obliga\u0163ia ca ma\u015fina s\u0103 fie de\u0163inut\u0103 ca PFA sau ca firm\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 aib\u0103 o vechime de minim 15 ani de la data fabrica\u0163iei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n\u015eoferii trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 minimum 21 de ani, s\u0103 de\u0163in\u0103 permis de minimum doi ani, cazier curat \u015fi avize medicale.
