Continu\u00e2nd topul preocup\u0103rilor angajatorilor locali, pe urm\u0103toarele locuri reg\u0103sim dezvoltarea liderilor, aspect indicat de c\u0103tre 84% dintre responden\u0163i, \u015fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea experien\u0163ei angaja\u0163ilor \u00een vederea cre\u015fterii gradului de reten\u0163ie (tot ceea ce angaja\u0163ii experimenteaz\u0103 \u00een rela\u0163ia cu angajatorul lor), aspect indicat de c\u0103tre 78% dintre responden\u0163i. De asemenea, responden\u0163ii studiului consider\u0103 c\u0103 programele actuale de dezvoltare a abilit\u0103\u0163ilor specifice liderilor au un nivel redus de eficien\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eLiderii secolulului XXI trebuie sa fac\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 unor cerin\u0163e care nu au fost \u00eent\u00e2lnite anterior, a\u015fadar este esen\u0163ial pentru companii s\u0103 dezvolte lideri care s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 acestor cerin\u0163e.
