Un sfert dintre responden\u0163i afirm\u0103 c\u0103 nu \u00ee\u015fi vor c\u0103uta alt loc de munc\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 dac\u0103 vor primi o ofert\u0103 mai bun\u0103, o vor accepta cu siguran\u0163\u0103. Doar sub 4% dintre responden\u0163i afirm\u0103 cu t\u0103rie c\u0103 nu sunt interesa\u0163i deloc de alt job, fiind mul\u0163umi\u0163i cu cel actual.<\/p>\n<p>\nChiar dac\u0103 nu vor reu\u015fi s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi g\u0103seasc\u0103 alt job, 55% dintre responden\u0163i au spus c\u0103 au de g\u00e2nd s\u0103 cear\u0103 o m\u0103rire salarial\u0103 de cel pu\u0163in 20%. Al\u0163i 17% sunt indeci\u015fi dac\u0103 vor face acest lucru \u015fi doar 28% afirm\u0103 c\u0103 nu inten\u0163ioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 cear\u0103 angajatorului mai mul\u0163i bani.<\/p>\n<p>\nInteresul pentru un job \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate r\u0103m\u00e2ne ridicat, date fiind nivelurile salariale mult mai ridicate din alte \u0163\u0103ri. Doi din zece responden\u0163i au \u00een vedere s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi caute un job inclusiv \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul anului, iar 22,3% nu exclud aceast\u0103 variant\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nCei mai mul\u0163i angaja\u0163i (44%) \u015fi-ar da demisia pe loc dac\u0103 ar g\u0103si \u00een alt\u0103 parte un salariu \u00eentre 500 \u015fi 1.000 de euro. Trei din zece angaja\u0163i (30%) ar renun\u0163a imediat la jobul actual pentru un salariu \u00eentre 1.000 \u015fi 2.000 de euro, \u00een timp ce 12% ar schimba m\u00e2ine jobul pentru un salariu care dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fte 2.000 de euro. Doar 14% dintre responden\u0163i au afirmat c\u0103 nu \u015fi-ar da demisia doar pentru bani.<\/p>\n<p>\nPrincipalul motiv care i-ar re\u0163ine pe angaja\u0163i s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi schimbe jobul este c\u0103 lucreaz\u0103 \u00eentr-o echip\u0103 de care s-au ata\u015fat foarte mult (25% dintre responden\u0163i). Pentru al\u0163i 16,8% motivul principal pentru care \u015fi-ar p\u0103stra jobul actual este c\u0103 biroul e aproape de cas\u0103.
