Totodat\u0103, raportat la evolu\u0163ia geografic\u0103 a acestui segment, zonele de middle class care s-au dezvoltat cel mai mult \u00een ultimii ani sunt Nordul \u015fi Estul Capitalei.<\/p>\n<p>\nConform speciali\u015ftilor Imobiliarium, \u00een profilul cump\u0103r\u0103torului pe acest segment se reg\u0103sesc persoanele \u00eentre 30 \u015fi 40 de ani, cu un job corporate, c\u0103s\u0103torit\/\u0103, interesat\/\u0103 de un apartament de dou\u0103 sau trei camere, cu un buget disponibil de peste 80.000 de euro. Printre criteriile de achizi\u0163ie ale acestuia se num\u0103r\u0103 loca\u0163ia \u2013 \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, urmat\u0103 de calitatea construc\u0163iei, infrastructura \u2013 accesul facil, facilit\u0103\u0163ile din \u00eemprejurimi, precum marketuri, \u015fcoli, spitale etc.. \u015fi pre\u0163ul pe metrul p\u0103trat.<\/p>\n<p>\nCategoria de locuin\u0163e middle class va fi reprezentat\u0103 de circa 80% dintre dezvoltatorii prezen\u0163i la Imobiliarium Universitate &#8211; expozi\u0163ie de locuin\u0163e organizat\u0103 \u00een premier\u0103 de Imobiliarium pentru a acoperi, cu prec\u0103dere, acest segment al pie\u0163ei.
