Cine este buc\u0103tarul \u015fef al anului"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\nGhidul francez Gault &#038; Millau, care a intrat oficial pe pia\u0163a local\u0103 anul trecut cu un prim ghid al celor mai bine cotate restaurante din Rom\u00e2nia a lansat acum o a doua edi\u0163ie ce cuprinde 275 de restaurante \u015fi localuri pop din mai multe ora\u015fe din \u0163ar\u0103. \u00cen aceast\u0103 prim\u0103var\u0103 compania a lansat \u015fi un ghid al celor mai bune vinuri rom\u00e2ne\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\nRestaurantele evaluate au primit un scor cuprins \u00eentre 0 \u015fi 20 de puncte. Doar cele cu peste 10 puncte au fos incluse \u00een ghid, iar \u00een func\u0163ie de nota ob\u0163inut\u0103, fiecare local prime\u015fte \u00eentre zero \u015fi 5 bonete. Astfel, \u00eentre 10 \u015fi 10,5 sunt zero bonete, \u00eentre 11 \u015fi 12,5 apare prima bonet\u0103. Pentru dou\u0103 bonete restaurantele au \u00eentre 13 \u015fi 14,5 puncte, iar apoi \u00eentre 15 \u015fi 16,5 num\u0103rul de bonete ajunge la trei. Ce sare de acest nivel &#8211; \u00eentre 17 \u015fi 18,5 puncte &#8211; este echivalentul a paru bonete, iar cum maximul (20 de puncte) e doar pentru zei, cinci bonete primesc localurile cu un punctaj \u00eentre 19 \u015fi 19,5 puncte.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, maximul de bonete a fost trei, nivel primit de doar patru restaurante. Astfel, buc\u0103tarul \u015fef al anului a fos Alexandru Dumitru de la Bistro Ateneu cu 15,5 puncte. Imediat dup\u0103 s-au situat la egalitate alte patru localuri &#8211; Paul Oppenkamp (the Artist), Andrei Chelaru (Fragment), Radu CM Ionescu (Kaiamo) \u015fi Roland Suciu (Baracca) cu 15 puncte fiecare.
