Acest demers este aliniat ini\u0163iativei corporative a companiei, intitulat\u0103 Skills to Succeed, care abordeaz\u0103 nevoile urgente ale for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 din \u00eentreaga lume, precum \u015fi preg\u0103tirea genera\u0163iei urm\u0103toare pentru a activa \u00een economia digital\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nDescrierea proiectului<\/p>\n<p>\nProgramul Hour of Code este o ini\u0163iativ\u0103 educa\u0163ional\u0103 global\u0103 care ajunge la peste 100 milioane de elevi, creat\u0103 de echipa Code.org. Accenture este partener global al Code.org, aproximativ 2.500 de angaja\u0163i din \u00eentreaga lume implic\u00e2ndu-se voluntar \u00een cadrul evenimentelor de programare din comunit\u0103\u0163ile lor. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, programul a avut dou\u0103 componente. Prima este componenta extern\u0103, prin intermediul c\u0103reia compania \u015fi-a dorit ca programul s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la c\u00e2t mai mul\u0163i elevi, astfel c\u0103 \u00een Bucure\u015fti \u015fi Bra\u015fov au fost colabor\u0103ri cu echipa Teach for Romania, iar \u00een Timi\u015f, Ia\u015fi \u015fi Cluj s-au \u00eencheiat parteneriate directe cu \u015fcolile. De asemenea, \u00een anumite cazuri, voluntarii din cadrul companiei au predat \u015fi \u00een \u015fcolile \u00een care studiaz\u0103 propriii copii.&nbsp; Cel de-al doilea segment a fost reprezentat de componenta intern\u0103 \u2013 programarea chiar la ea acas\u0103. Timp de o or\u0103, 13 copii, cu v\u00e2rste curprinse \u00eentre 6 \u015fi 13 ani, au \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at abecedarul program\u0103rii al\u0103turi de p\u0103rin\u0163ii lor, angaja\u0163i ai Accenture, chiar \u00een biroul companiei.<\/p>\n<p>\nRezultate<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen urm\u0103 cu doi ani, \u00een 2017, \u00een cadrul ini\u0163iativei Hour of Code au fost implica\u0163i 22 de angaja\u0163i ai Accenture Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi aproximativ 70 de elevi. \u00cen cadrul edi\u0163iei din 2018, peste 50 de angaja\u0163i au participat voluntar sus\u0163in\u00e2nd o or\u0103 de programare \u00een 20 de \u015fcoli din Bucure\u015fti \u015fi 6 jude\u0163e (Ia\u015fi, Bra\u015fov, Ilfov, C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi, Timi\u015f \u015fi Cluj).
