Cum a ajuns Rom\u00e2nia pe locul 3 \u00een Europa \u00een acest clasament"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\nLa nivel european, Rom\u00e2nia se situeaz\u0103 pe locul 3 \u00een clasamentul celor 42 de \u0163\u0103ri \u00een care a fost investigat fenomenul, potrivit unul raport&nbsp; al Organiza\u0163iei Mondiale a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii (OMS), cu 17% dintre copiii de 11 ani care au recunoscut c\u0103 au agresat al\u0163i elevi cel pu\u0163in de trei ori \u00een luna anterioar\u0103, procentajul celor de 13, respectiv 15 ani, fiind de 23%.<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nFrica, umilin\u0163a, complicitatea for\u0163at\u0103, toate acestea creeaz\u0103 un context psiho-social vulnerabil, \u00een care rela\u0163iile sociale sunt denaturate, iar \u00eencrederea, una dintre achizi\u0163iile esen\u0163iale ale unui elev, este fisurat\u0103 \u015fi compromis\u0103.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nAv\u00e2nd la baz\u0103 Studiul na\u0163ional privind bullying-ul \u00een r\u00e2ndul copiilor al Organiza\u0163iei Salva\u0163i Copiii, Parlamentul Rom\u00e2niei a adoptat noi reglement\u0103ri care interzic comportamentele de tip bullying \u00een unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, bullying-ul fiind definit ca &#8220;acea ac\u0163iune sau serie de ac\u0163iuni fizice, verbale, rela\u0163ionale \u015fi\/sau cibernetice, menite s\u0103 provoace disconfort fizic \u015fi\/sau suferin\u0163\u0103 emo\u0163ional\u0103, care implic\u0103 un dezechilibru de putere \u00eentre agresor \u015fi victim\u0103, care se manifest\u0103 \u00een mod repetat \u015fi care are ca finalitate crearea unei atmosfere ostile, umilitoare, discriminatorii sau ofensatoare la adresa victimei.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nConsecin\u0163ele psihologice \u00een r\u00e2ndul copiilor victime ale bullying-ului sunt devastatatoare: depresie, idea\u0163ie suicidar\u0103, concept de sine negativ, anxietate, vinov\u0103\u0163ie, retragere social\u0103 etc. Totodat\u0103, consecin\u0163ele negative afecteaz\u0103 nu doar s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103 a victimelor, ci \u015fi rezultatele academice, precum \u015fi motiva\u0163ia de a merge la \u015fcoal\u0103 \u015fi de a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163a.<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5531\/18087641\/1\/aura-stanculescu-director-general-cmbrae.jpg?height=413&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 413px;\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nCopiii agresori sunt \u015fi ei expu\u015fi la riscuri mari de a manifesta, ca adolescen\u0163i \u015fi tineri, comportament antisocial \u015fi delincvent, dar \u015fi la implicarea \u00een comiterea de infrac\u0163iuni cu caracter penal, ca adul\u0163i.<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nAceasta este una dintre provoc\u0103rile pe care Organiza\u0163ia Salva\u0163i Copiii o lanseaz\u0103 prin campania Alege s\u0103 te opui bullying-ului! \u2013 o campanie na\u0163ional\u0103 ce urm\u0103re\u015fte s\u0103 con\u015ftientizeze, s\u0103 genereze o schimbare de atitudine \u015fi astfel s\u0103 previn\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 combat\u0103 comportamentele de bullying \u00eentre copii.<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nPrincipalele obiective ale campaniei sunt:<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nCon\u015ftientizarea nivelului crescut de manifestare a comportamentelor de bullying \u00eentre copii, precum \u015fi a consecin\u0163elor negative dramatice pe care bullying-ul le are asupra dezvolt\u0103rii emo\u0163ionale a copiilor;&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nCon\u015ftientizarea nevoii de interven\u0163ie integrat\u0103 \u015fcoal\u0103-familie-copil, \u00een vederea cre\u0103rii unui climat pozitiv \u00een \u015fcoal\u0103, condi\u0163ie necesar\u0103 gestion\u0103rii comportamentelor de bullying;<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea capacit\u0103\u0163ii de r\u0103spuns a \u015fcolilor, \u00een colaborare cu Ministerul Educa\u0163iei, prin adoptarea unor mecanisme de prevenire \u015fi interven\u0163ie \u00een diminuarea fenomenului de bullying, flexibile \u015fi adaptate la specificul \u015fi dimensiunea fiec\u0103rei \u015fcoli;<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nInformarea copiilor cu privire la rolul lor fundamental \u00een ap\u0103rarea victimelor bullying-ului \u015fi \u00een raportarea situa\u0163iilor de bullying;&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nPromovarea unor metode pozitive \u015fi eficiente de educare socio-emo\u0163ional\u0103 a copiilor, victime ori agresori, at\u00e2t pentru cadrele didactice c\u00e2t \u015fi pentru p\u0103rin\u0163i.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nMaterialele campaniei Alege s\u0103 te opui bullying-ului!
