Per total, investitorii au plasat anul trecut 957 de milioane de euro \u00een pia\u0163a imobiliar\u0103 local\u0103, segmentele de Retail (cu o cot\u0103 de pia\u0163\u0103 de 33%) \u015fi Industrial (9%) ocup\u00e2nd pozi\u0163iile doi \u015fi trei \u00een topul atractivit\u0103\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p>\nCinci dintre cele mai mari \u015fapte tranzac\u0163ii au vizat proiecte de birouri din Bucure\u015fti, \u015fi anume The Bridge (dou\u0103 cl\u0103diri), Oregon Park (dou\u0103 cl\u0103diri), The Landmark (trei cl\u0103diri), Campus 6.1 \u015fi Crystal Tower. Totodat\u0103, \u00een 2018 au fost tranzac\u0163ionate \u015fi sediul din Bucure\u015fti al grupului Danone, cl\u0103direa Lasc\u0103r 31 Business Center care g\u0103zduie\u015fte reprezentan\u0163a local\u0103 a Comisiei Europene, imobilul Bucharest Corporate Center (fost sediu IBM \u015fi Generali) de pe strada Buze\u015fti, fostul sediu al Bank of Cyprus de pe Calea Doroban\u0163i sau un portofoliu de patru imobile ale grupului East Balkan Properties.<\/p>\n<p>\nAstfel, investitorii au fost atra\u015fi at\u00e2t de imobile \u201etrofeu\u201d, realizate de dezvoltatori consacra\u0163i, av\u00e2nd un portofoliu de chiria\u015fi interna\u0163ionali cu angajamente pe termen lung, c\u00e2t \u015fi de cl\u0103diri secundare, dar care pot genera un randament robust.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa nivelul principalelor \u0163\u0103ri din Europa Central\u0103 \u015fi de Est (Polonia, Cehia, Ungaria, Slovacia \u015fi Rom\u00e2nia), \u00een 2018 au fost tranzac\u0163ionate propriet\u0103\u0163i cu o valoare cumulat\u0103 de 13 miliarde de euro, cea mai mare pia\u0163\u0103 fiind Polonia, cu o cot\u0103 de 55%.
