Cei mai mul\u0163i dintre antreprenorii rom\u00e2ni care au reu\u015fit s\u0103 ajung\u0103 cu firma \u00eentreag\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 acum, care au un business sustenabil \u015fi un brand recunoscut de pia\u0163\u0103, nu s-au preg\u0103tit pentru achizi\u0163ia unor alte firme rom\u00e2ne\u015fti. Antreprenorii rom\u00e2ni vor s\u0103 cumpere active, terenuri, cl\u0103diri de birouri, tot ce reprezint\u0103 active fixe pe care le v\u0103d \u00een fa\u0163a ochilor, \u015fi mai pu\u0163in vor s\u0103 cumpere branduri sau pozi\u0163ion\u0103ri \u00een pia\u0163\u0103. P\u00e2n\u0103 la un anumit punct un business poate s\u0103 creasc\u0103 organic, dar pentru a ajunge mai mare, la un moment dat ai nevoie de achizi\u0163ia rivalilor, competitorilor, pentru a c\u00e2\u015ftiga cot\u0103 de pia\u0163\u0103 \u015fi pentru a da tonul \u00een business. Celebrele companii germane mici \u015fi mijlocii \u00eencep s\u0103 se confrunte cu aceea\u015fi problem\u0103, respectiv nu mai are cine s\u0103 preia \u015fi s\u0103 conduc\u0103 businessul de familie. Dar ei sunt la a patra, a cincea sau a \u015fasea genera\u0163ie.<br \/>\nIar fondurile de investi\u0163ii abia a\u015fteapt\u0103 s\u0103 ias\u0103 la v\u00e2nzare celebrele companii germane mici \u015fi mijlocii, o oportunitate cu care nu te \u00eent\u00e2lne\u015fti de multe ori \u00een via\u0163\u0103.<br \/>\nAntreprenorii rom\u00e2ni care nu au urma\u015fi nu s-au \u00eengrijit s\u0103 aib\u0103 manageri profesioni\u015fti \u015fi de aceea le este foarte greu s\u0103 lase afacerile pe m\u00e2na managerilor. Mai bine v\u00e2nd afacerea, iau banii, iar copiii vor mo\u015fteni un cont \u00een banc\u0103.<br \/>\nIe\u015firea pe pie\u0163ele externe, fie prin v\u00e2nzarea unor produse, fie prin investi\u0163ii directe, fie prin achizi\u0163ia altor companii, a fost ocolit\u0103 de antreprenorii rom\u00e2ni \u015fi, din acest motiv, comer\u0163ul exterior al Rom\u00e2niei este cel mai prost dintre fostele \u0163\u0103ri comuniste.<br \/>\nNici cultivarea \u00een cadrul propriilor companii a unor organigrame profesioniste nu a fost pe lista de priorit\u0103\u0163i a antreprenorilor rom\u00e2ni \u015fi, din acest motiv, fie nu g\u0103sesc manageri profesioni\u015fti atunci c\u00e2nd au nevoie, fie cei care ar putea s\u0103 conduc\u0103 businessuri antreprenoriale nu vor s\u0103 vin\u0103 s\u0103 lucreze pentru patronii rom\u00e2ni. Este un cerc vicios, din care principalii c\u00e2\u015ftig\u0103tori sunt multina\u0163ionalele \u015fi fondurile de investi\u0163ii, care sunt preg\u0103tite \u00een orice moment pentru achizi\u0163ii. Fondurile de investi\u0163ii, \u015fi multina\u0163ionalele prefer\u0103 mai degrab\u0103 s\u0103 cumpere companii \u015fi branduri dec\u00e2t s\u0103 le fac\u0103 de la zero, pentru c\u0103 a\u015fa ajung \u00een frunte mult mai repede \u015fi pot s\u0103 controleze pie\u0163ele.<br \/>\nAntreprenorii rom\u00e2ni nu au nici exerci\u0163iul asocierii \u015fi, atunci c\u00e2nd pe pia\u0163\u0103 apare o oportunitate, nu g\u0103sesc un punct de discu\u0163ie cu al\u0163i antreprenori astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t, \u00eempreun\u0103, s\u0103 poat\u0103 cump\u0103ra ceva. A cump\u0103ra o alt\u0103 companie reprezint\u0103 un chin, pentru c\u0103 trebuie armonizate culturile de munc\u0103, acest proces consum\u00e2nd extrem de mult\u0103 energie. Dar aceast\u0103 problem\u0103 poate fi rezolvat\u0103 prin exerci\u0163ii \u015fi prin standardizarea organigramelor \u015fi a culturilor. Multina\u0163ionalele nu au ajuns \u00een top doar prin cre\u015fterea organic\u0103, ci prin achizi\u0163ii repetate.
