Potrivit<br \/>\nanalizei Colliers, BREI-Vechi a inregistrat, de la maximul din<br \/>\n2008, scaderi constante, pana in momentul implementarii Programului<br \/>\nPrima Casa, care a dus la o stabilizare. Indicele apartamentelor<br \/>\nnoi, BREI-Nou, nu a cunoscut anul trecut nicio revenire. Desi nu a<br \/>\navut o coborare la fel de abrupta ca BREI-Vechi, indicele<br \/>\napartamentelor noi a scazut si el constant, atat in perioada<br \/>\nmentionata cat si in ultimul an.<\/p>\n<p>Valoarea totala a indicelui BREI a fost in ianuarie 2010 de<br \/>\n1.252 euro\/mp, cu aproape 17% sub nivelul din ianuarie 2009.<br \/>\nPreturile medii pe segmentul vechi au ajuns, potrivit Colliers, la<br \/>\n1.092 euro\/mp (aproape cu 20% mai mici decat acum un an) si la<br \/>\n1.550 euro\/mp pentru apartamentele noi, adica o reducere de<br \/>\n12,82%.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ianuarie 2010 ar fi putut fi la acelasi nivel ca ianuarie 2006 din perspectiva preturilor apartamentelor vechi, singurul lucru care a impiedicat caderea libera a preturilor cerute pana la nivelul de acum 4 ani fiind initierea proiectului Prima Casa.
