Pentru fiecare pozi\u0163ie deschis\u0103, companiile caut\u0103 s\u0103 angajeze \u00eentre 1 \u015fi 5 studen\u0163i, iar cele mai multe job-uri vor fi \u00een domenii precum customer service (25%), logistic\u0103 \u015fi produc\u0163ie (16%), v\u00e2nz\u0103ri (10%), marketing \u015fi comunicare (8%), dar \u015fi domenii mai complexe, precum inginerie (9%) \u015fi IT (9%).<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201ePe o pia\u0163\u0103 a for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 tot mai s\u0103rac\u0103 \u00een speciali\u015fti, recrutarea de studen\u0163i reprezint\u0103 o solu\u0163ie care aduce multiple avantaje pe termen lung. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, ei vor dob\u00e2ndi abilit\u0103\u0163i practice \u00eenc\u0103 de pe b\u0103ncile facult\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi astfel vor avea aptitudinile necesare dup\u0103 absolvire. Tinerii sunt dornici s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e, sunt deschi\u015fi la nou \u015fi au o putere de adaptare foarte ridicat\u0103. \u00cen plus, competen\u0163ele lor digitale sunt mult mai ridicate dec\u00e2t la genera\u0163ia anterioar\u0103, ceea ce reprezint\u0103 iar un avantaj, \u00eentr-un mediu economic tot mai tehnologizat. Doar 1% dintre angajatori ofer\u0103 angaja\u0163ilor lor oportunit\u0103\u0163i de a-\u015fi completa studiile cu programe de masterat, doctorat sau cursuri de management pl\u0103tite.<\/p>\n<p>\nPachetul salarial pentru studen\u0163i, similar celui oferit angaja\u0163ilor cu studii finalizate<\/p>\n<p>\nCei mai mul\u0163i angajatori (44%) spun c\u0103 preten\u0163iile salariale ale studen\u0163ilor variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 2.000 \u015fi 3.000 de lei pentru un job full-time \u015fi f\u0103r\u0103 experien\u0163\u0103 anterioar\u0103 \u00een domeniu.
