Momentul cheie al carierei sale a venit \u00een vara anului 2010, c\u00e2nd i s-a propus preluarea celei mai mari hiperclinici MedLife, Grivi\u0163a, care are cel mai mare num\u0103r de angaja\u0163i (320) \u015fi cea mai mare cifr\u0103 de afaceri.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen vara anului 2011 i s-a propus s\u0103 dezvolte un proiect de la zero \u2013 MedLife Titan \u2013 unitate \u00een care \u00ee\u015fi desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 activitatea \u015fi \u00een prezent. Proiectul a pornit de la o clinic\u0103 multidisciplinar\u0103 cu 50 de angaja\u0163i \u015fi a ajuns s\u0103 fie o unitate de mari dimensiuni, care \u00eencorporeaz\u0103, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 partea de ambulatoriu, o sec\u0163ie de imagistic\u0103 (RX, CT \u015fi RMN), dar \u015fi un spital multidisciplinar; \u00een \u015fapte ani, num\u0103rul de angaja\u0163i s-a triplat. \u201eSpitalul a luat na\u015ftere \u00een urma unui concurs de idei n\u0103stru\u015fnice \u015fi strategie, c\u00e2\u015ftigat \u00een 2014 \u015fi implementat \u00een 2015. \u00cemi plac provoc\u0103rile, sunt o fire activ\u0103, iar colegii nu m-au l\u0103sat s\u0103 m\u0103 \u00abplictisesc\u00bb.\u201d \u00cen paralel cu activitatea de zi cu zi, s-a ocupat \u015fi de coordonarea deschiderii unor unit\u0103\u0163i mari din \u0163ar\u0103, respectiv hiperclinicile MedLife din Gala\u0163i (2014) \u015fi din Cluj-Napoca (2015). \u00cencep\u00e2nd de anul acesta, Doina Dumitrache este invitat\u0103 permanent\u0103 \u00een boardul operatorului de servicii medicale.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eFiecare proiect nou vine \u015fi cu momente dificile, dep\u0103\u015fite cu ajutorul oamenilor din jurul meu. Este foarte important s\u0103 cuno\u015fti oamenii cu care colaborezi, s\u0103 \u015ftii ce, c\u00e2nd \u015fi c\u00e2t s\u0103 ceri fiec\u0103ruia. \u201eFiecare reu\u015fit\u0103 este a unei \u00eentregi echipe, iar MedLife se poate l\u0103uda cu o echip\u0103 foarte frumoas\u0103.
