Ieftinirea apartamentelor<\/p>\n<p>Preturile apartamentelor si-au continuat declinul inceput inca<br \/>\ndin 2008, astfel ca potrivit indicelui ZF, proprietarii<br \/>\napartamentelor vechi cu trei camere din Bucuresti si-au ajustat in<br \/>\nacest an pretentiile cu 23%, pana la un nivel mediu de circa 90.000<br \/>\nde euro. Valorile de tranzactionare au scazut chiar mai mult, iar<br \/>\nmajoritatea dezvoltatorilor imobiliari au fost nevoiti la randul<br \/>\nlor sa-si adapteze preturile, astfel ca in cartiere precum Titan,<br \/>\nColentina sau Militari apartamentele noi se vand acum la circa<br \/>\n900-1.000 de euro\/mp construit plus TVA.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Prima casa&#8221; nu a avut efectul scontat, de revigorare a pietei,<br \/>\nmai putin de jumatate din plafonul propus de guvern fiind accesat<br \/>\nde populatie.
