Unit\u0103\u0163i de alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103 incluse \u00een structurile de primire turistice, reglementate de prevederile O.G. nr.58\/1998, privind organizarea \u015fi desf\u0103\u015furarea activit\u0103\u0163ii de turism \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare. \u00cen aceast\u0103 categorie se includ restaurantele indiferent de tipul acestora, baruri, cofet\u0103rii, patiserii, unit\u0103\u0163i de tip fast-food, amplasate \u00een sta\u0163iuni turistice \u015fi care fie&nbsp; func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 ca unit\u0103\u0163i de sine st\u0103t\u0103toare, fie \u00een cadrul unor structuri cu func\u0163iuni de cazare, se supun unei proceduri de clasificare \u00een func\u0163ie de caracteristicile constructive, de dot\u0103rile \u015fi serviciile prestate, \u00een conformitate cu prevederile H.G. nr.1267\/2010, privind eliberarea certificatelor de clasificare, a licen\u0163elor \u015fi brevetelor de turism, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare.<\/p>\n<p>\n2. Unit\u0103\u0163i de alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103, altele dec\u00e2t cele incluse \u00een structurile de primire turistice,&nbsp; reglementate de prevederile cuprinse \u00een H.G. nr.843\/1999, privind \u00eencadrarea pe tipuri a unit\u0103\u0163ilor de alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103, neincluse \u00een structurile de primire turistice.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Astfel&nbsp; \u00een conformitate cu prevederile cuprinse \u00een Anexa la H.G. nr.843\/1999, ca regul\u0103 general\u0103, unitatea de alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103 reprezint\u0103 localul public \u00een care se servesc preparate culinare, produse de cofet\u0103rie-patiserie, b\u0103uturi, caracteriz\u00e2ndu-se prin aceea ca \u00een cadrul lui se \u00eembin\u0103 activitatea de preg\u0103tire\/preparare cu activitatea de comercializare, \u00eenso\u0163it\u0103 de servicii specifice care asigur\u0103 consumul acestora pe loc. Conform acestui act normativ, acestea se clasific\u0103 pe tipuri de unit\u0103\u0163i de alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103, dintre care&nbsp; le vom men\u0163iona pe cele mai des \u00eent\u00e2lnite \u00een re\u0163eaua comercial\u0103 \u015fi anume:<\/p>\n<p>\n\u2022 Restaurant clasic &#8211; unitate de alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103 \u00een care consumatorii sunt servi\u0163i cu un variat sortiment de preparate culinare de cofet\u0103rie-patiserie, cafea, b\u0103uturi etc. Pentru crearea unei atmosfere recreative se pot oferi programe artistice sau alte mijloace de distrac\u0163ie. Personalul de produc\u0163ie \u015fi de servire are o calificare de profil.<br \/>\n\u2022 Restaurant cu specific &#8211; unitate de alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103 care prin amenaj\u0103ri, dot\u0103ri, \u0163inuta lucr\u0103torilor \u015fi preparatele culinare oferite corespunde unui specific local, regional, na\u0163ional (restaurant &#8220;rom\u00e2nesc&#8221;, &#8220;moldovenesc&#8221;, &#8220;dobrogean&#8221;, &#8220;b\u0103n\u0103\u0163ean&#8221; etc.) sau reprezint\u0103 unit\u0103\u0163i tradi\u0163ionale &#8211; han, cram\u0103, colib\u0103, \u015fur\u0103 etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pizzerie &#8211; unitate specializat\u0103 care ofer\u0103, cu preponderen\u0163\u0103, sortimente de pizza \u015fi de paste f\u0103inoase. Suplimentar se pot oferi gust\u0103ri, salate, produse de patiserie \u015fi sortiment variat de b\u0103uturi, cu preponderen\u0163\u0103 slab alcoolizate.<br \/>\n\u2022 Bar &#8211; unitate de alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103 cu program de zi sau de noapte \u00een care se desfac b\u0103uturi alcoolice \u015fi nealcoolice, un sortiment restr\u00e2ns de produse culinare. Cadrul ambiental este completat cu program artistic, audi\u0163ii muzicale, jocuri electronice \u015fi video. Aceasata categorie cuprinde si Disco-bar, Video-bar, Discotec\u0103, Cafe-bar, Cafenea.<br \/>\n\u2022 Fast-Food &#8211; unitate care propune clientelei sale, \u00een principal tineri, o servire rapid\u0103 de produse, la pre\u0163uri unitare. Oferta de produse se reduce la un sortiment limitat \u015fi standardizat, de regul\u0103 bazat pe un singur produs de baz\u0103 \u015fi este prezentat\u0103 de obicei pe panouri luminoase. Preparatele sunt preluate de clien\u0163i la casa \u00een momentul pl\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi consumate pe loc sau \u00een afara unit\u0103\u0163ii.
