Cercet\u0103torii rom\u00e2ni au realizat parizerul complet s\u0103n\u0103tos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\nParizerul a fost premiat la Salonul Interna\u0163ional al Cercet\u0103rii, Inov\u0103rii \u015fi Inventicii \u201ePro Invent 2018\u201d de la Cluj-Napoca deoarece \u00een compozi\u0163a sa nu se mai g\u0103se\u015fte azotitul de sodiu, un aditiv cancerigen utilizat \u00een industria c\u0103rnii pentru fixarea culorii.<\/p>\n<p>\nProdusul cu care g\u0103l\u0103\u0163enii au atras aten\u0163ia general\u0103 este un parizer din carne de porc cu \u015frot de c\u0103tin\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 adaos de nitrit. Practic, profesorii g\u0103l\u0103\u0163eni au reu\u015fit s\u0103 scoat\u0103 din compozi\u0163ia produsului din carne un aditiv considerat periculos pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate. Rezultatul a venit la cap\u0103tul a 40 de ani de cercetare, spun reprezentan\u0163ii facult\u0103\u0163ii g\u0103l\u0103\u0163ene.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201dAm eliminat unul dintre cei mai \u00eenjura\u0163i aditivi, azotitul de sodiu. Acel azotit dovedit a fi cancerigen, am reu\u015fit s\u0103-l elimin\u0103m din clasa de produse de carne. Poate produsul va avea rezultate \u00een produc\u0163ie. De 40 de ani, la facultate \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 ob\u0163inem acest rezultat, \u00een timp am reu\u015fit s\u0103 diminu\u0103m cantitatea de azotit rezidual \u00een produsele de carne.
