Unit\u0103\u0163ile de cazare din Romania au primit \u00een 2017 peste 12 milioane de turi\u015fti, dintre care 2,75 milioane (23%) reprezint\u0103 turi\u015ftii str\u0103ini. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte hotelurile, acestea au primit 8,56 milioane de turi\u015fti, dintre care 2,37 milioane (27,6%) reprezint\u0103 turi\u015ftii str\u0103ini.<\/p>\n<p>\nCushman &#038; Wakefield Echinox a realizat un prim studiu cu privire la pia\u0163a hotelier\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia, analiz\u00e2nd cele mai importante opt ora\u015fe, inclusiv Bucure\u015fti, \u00een func\u0163ie de capacitatea \u015fi clasificarea hotelier\u0103, indicele net de utilizare a acestora, prezen\u0163a lan\u0163urilor interna\u0163ionale \u015fi evolu\u0163ia num\u0103rului de turi\u015fti caza\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5536\/17050814\/2\/harta-oraselor.jpg?height=456&#038;width=607\" style=\"width: 607px; height: 456px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5536\/17050814\/3\/numarul-de-hoteluri.jpg?height=288&#038;width=620\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 288px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nBucure\u015ftiul este dep\u0103\u015fit de Constan\u0163a \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte num\u0103rul de camere \u015fi capacitatea hotelier\u0103, dar ca urmare a duratei scurte, de aproximativ trei luni, a sezonului estival, \u00een hotelurile din Capital\u0103 se cazeaz\u0103 de aproape patru ori mai mul\u0163i turi\u015fti dec\u00e2t \u00een Constan\u0163a.<\/p>\n<p>\nPia\u0163a hotelier\u0103 din Bucure\u015fti este dominat\u0103 de hoteluri de 4* \u015fi 5*, care reprezint\u0103 peste 70% din capacitatea total\u0103, \u00een timp ce hotelurile de 1* \u015fi 2* au o pondere de doar 10%. Totodat\u0103, aproape 47% din camerele hotelurilor din Bucure\u015fti sunt operate sub sigla lan\u0163urilor interna\u0163ionale, fa\u0163\u0103 de o medie de doar 7,5% la nivel na\u0163ional. \u00cen aceast\u0103 ierarhie, Capitala este urmat\u0103 de Sibiu (37,6%), Oradea (27,3%) \u015fi Cluj-Napoca (18,9%).<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00centre ora\u015fele analizate, cel mai ridicat indice net de utilizare a locurilor de cazare \u00een hoteluri s-a \u00eenregistrat anul trecut \u00een Ia\u015fi (45,6%), Bucure\u015fti (44,7%) \u015fi Cluj-Napoca (44,6%), iar cele mai mari cre\u015fteri ale num\u0103rului de sosiri \u00een hoteluri au fost consemnate \u00een Cluj-Napoca (24,2%), Oradea (19,8%) \u015fi Bra\u015fov (11,3%). Cu o cre\u015ftere de doar 3,5%, num\u0103rul de sosiri \u00een hotelurile din Bucure\u015fti a crescut sub media na\u0163ional\u0103, de 8%.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte sectorul de tranzac\u0163ii, pia\u0163a hotelier\u0103 local\u0103 a fost \u00een 2017 a doua cea mai atractiv\u0103 din regiune, dup\u0103 Polonia, fiind consemnate dou\u0103 tranzac\u0163ii majore cu o valoare cumulat\u0103 de 183 de milioane de euro, \u015fi anume v\u00e2nzarea complexului Radisson Blu din Bucure\u015fti \u015fi a Hotel Vienna House Easy Airport (fostul Angelo Otopeni).<\/p>\n<p>\nBucure\u015ftiul r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een continuare o destina\u0163ie preponderent de business, fapt reliefat \u015fi de durata medie de \u015federe \u00een hotelurile din ora\u015f, de doar 1,63 zile, indicator aflat la un nivel comparabil pie\u0163ei hoteliere din Var\u015fovia. \u00cen schimb, hotelurile din Praga \u00ee\u015fi primesc turi\u015ftii, \u00een medie, pentru 2,35 zile, \u00een timp ce \u00een Budapesta cazarea medie are o durat\u0103 de 2,25 zile, cele dou\u0103 ora\u015fe fiind destina\u0163ii mai atractive pentru turismul de tip city-break.<\/p>\n<p>\nPia\u0163a hotelier\u0103 local\u0103 va continua s\u0103 se dezvolte \u00een urm\u0103torii ani, fiind sus\u0163inut\u0103 \u015fi de dinamica traficului aerian, care s-a dublat \u00een ultimul deceniu, aeroporturile din Rom\u00e2nia dep\u0103\u015find \u00een 2017 pragul de 20 de milioane de pasageri.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen urm\u0103torii trei ani, estim\u0103m o cre\u015ftere de minimum 10% a capacit\u0103\u0163ii de cazare a hotelurilor din Bucure\u015fti, \u0163in\u00e2nd cont de proiectele planificate sau aflate deja \u00een construc\u0163ie, hoteluri noi urm\u00e2nd a fi dezvoltate \u015fi \u00een majoritatea ora\u015felor mari ale \u0163\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>\nHotelurile noi vizeaz\u0103 fie mediul de afaceri, precum Courtyard by Marriott, dezvoltat pe bd.
