Interesant este c\u0103, dup\u0103 trei trimestre de cre\u015fteri (+4% \u00een T1, +2,56% \u00een T2 \u015fi, respectiv, +4,38% \u00een T3), suma medie solicitat\u0103 pentru un apartament pe plan na\u0163ional s-a diminuat u\u015for \u00een trimestrul al patrulea, cu 0,77% mai exact. Apartamentele vechi s-au apreciat \u00een acest r\u0103stimp cu 9,27% (de la 1.090 la 1.191 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util), iar cele noi cu 10,92% (de la 1.172 la 1.300 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util). Defalcat pe trimestre, a\u015ftept\u0103rile v\u00e2nz\u0103torilor bucure\u015fteni s-au majorat cu 2,98% \u00een T1, cu 2,38% \u00een T2, cu 4,24% \u00een T3, \u00eens\u0103 cu doar 0,16% \u00een T4.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 6pt; margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; font-weight: 700; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\">Bra\u015fov:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 6pt; margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\">\u00cen ora\u015ful de la poalele T\u00e2mpei, pre\u0163ul mediu solicitat pentru un apartament a crescut cu circa 12% \u00een ultimul an (de la 900 la 1.009 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util), reu\u015find, astfel, s\u0103 dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 pragul de 1.000 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util. Locuin\u0163ele din blocurile vechi s-au scumpit \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 cu 11,31% (de la 911 la 1.014 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util), dar cele noi au consemnat un salt de 14,48% (de la 870 la 996 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util). Clujul a recuperat, astfel, cea mai mare parte din declinul consemnat \u00een perioada de recesiune, valoarea actual\u0103 situ\u00e2ndu-se foarte aproape de punctul maxim al pie\u0163ei, respectiv 1.551 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util (\u00een aprilie 2008). \u00cen ultimele 12 luni, locuin\u0163ele vechi s-au apreciat cu 18,3% (de la 1.279 la 1.513 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util), iar cele noi cu 17,4% (de la 1.184 la 1.390 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util). Evolu\u0163ia trimestrial\u0103 a pre\u0163urilor apartamentelor (noi \u015fi vechi) a fost una atipic\u0103 \u00een ora\u015ful de pe Some\u015f: dac\u0103 \u00een primele trei luni ale anului preten\u0163iile v\u00e2nz\u0103torilor au crescut u\u015for, cu doar 1,04%, \u00een trimestrul al doilea a avut loc un salt de 8,89%, iar \u00een cel de-al treilea, o cre\u015ftere de 6,05%; \u00een trimestrul al patrulea, \u00eens\u0103, locuin\u0163ele s-au apreciat cu 0,14%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 6pt; margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; font-weight: 700; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\">Constan\u0163a:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 6pt; margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\">Ora\u015ful de la malul m\u0103rii este cel\u0103lalt mare centru regional \u00een care apartamentele au dep\u0103\u015fit \u00een 2017 pragul de 1.000 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util; mai exact, pre\u0163urile au crescut aici cu 12,74%, de la 973 la 1.097 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util. Locuin\u0163ele vechi s-au scumpit cu 12,69% \u00een ultimele 12 luni (de la 969 la 1.092 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util), iar cele noi cu 12,44% (de la 989 la 1.112 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util). Locuin\u0163ele vechi s-au apreciat aici cu 7,18% (de la 878 la 941 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util), \u00eens\u0103 cele noi au \u00eenregistrat un salt de 19,88% (de la 825 la 989 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util). \u00cen Ia\u015fi, un avans considerabil al pre\u0163urilor, de 7,03%, a avut loc chiar \u00een primul trimestru al anului, dup\u0103 care au urmat cre\u015fteri de 2,41% (\u00een T2) \u015fi, respectiv, 4,91% (\u00een T3); \u00een ultimele trei luni din 2017, \u00eens\u0103, apartamentele s-au ieftinit u\u015for, cu 1,12% (ora\u015ful din estul \u0163\u0103rii fiind singurul dintre cele analizate care a consemnat o astfel de sc\u0103dere).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 6pt; margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; font-weight: 700; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\">Timi\u015foara:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 6pt; margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\">\u00cen ora\u015ful de pe Bega, apartamentele scoase la v\u00e2nzare s-au scumpit, per ansamblu, cu 11,59% \u00een 2017, de la 1.027 la 1.146 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util. Unit\u0103\u0163ile locative din blocurile vechi au \u00eenregistrat o cre\u015ftere de 13,06% (de la 1.018 la 1.151 de euro e metru p\u0103trat util), iar cele noi s-au apreciat cu 7,29% (de la 1.056 la 1.133 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util).
