Politehnic\u0103 cu valori de 14,5-16,5 euro\/mp\/lun\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e\u00cen 2017, marile proiecte de birouri \u00een construc\u0163ie s-au concentrat \u00een principalii poli de birouri din Bucure\u015fti, num\u0103rul lor m\u0103rindu-se, de la doi, la cinci poli de business. \u00cen paralel cu dezvoltarea zonelor din centru-nord \u015fi Victoriei- Aviatorilor, s-a consolidat polul din centru-vest, s-a deschis polul Unirii &#8211;
