Finan\u0163area acordat\u0103 vizeaz\u0103 at\u00e2t proiectele reziden\u0163iale existente ale One United Properties, c\u00e2t \u015fi unele noi. Consultantul de investitii al tranzactiei a fost Simona Gemeneanu de la Morphosis Capital.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen septembrie 2017, One United Properties S.A. \u015fi-a crescut capitalul cu 10 milioane de euro proveni\u0163i din investi\u0163ii private, care reprezint\u0103 8,13 % din companie.<\/p>\n<p>\nOne United Properties&nbsp;este principalul dezvoltator imobiliar specializat pe propriet\u0103\u0163i reziden\u0163iale exclusiviste din Bucure\u015fti, Rom\u00e2nia.
