Daca vom construi un complex<br \/>\npentru middle class, cu finisaje de joasa calitate, intr-o zona nu<br \/>\ntocmai centrala, astfel incat sa obtinem un pret foarte bun\/mp, gen<br \/>\n900 de euro pe metru patrat, dar ii vom adauga acestuia<br \/>\nfacilitatile unui proiect de lux, piscina, spa sau spatii verzi<br \/>\nfoarte intinse, riscam ca, desi am vandut usor proiectul,<br \/>\nproprietarii sa nu-si permita sa plateasca intretinerea la propriul<br \/>\napartament. Este normal ca o familie care nu poate plati o rata mai<br \/>\nmare de 300 de euro pe luna sa nu poata plati 1.000 &#8211; 1.500 de lei<br \/>\npe luna la intretinere&#8221;, spune Asher Lax, director de marketing si<br \/>\nde vanzari al Adama.<\/p>\n<p>Dezoltatorul a finalizat doua proiecte rezidentiale in<br \/>\nBucuresti, Titanium si Swiss Cottage si are in constructie alte<br \/>\ntrei proiecte in cartierul Titan din Bucuresti: Edenia, EvoCasa<br \/>\nArmonia si EvoCasa Optima.
