Dintre acestea, 10.633 de locuinte au<br \/>\nfost livrate pana in prezent, reprezentantii Regatta estimand ca<br \/>\n4.500 &#8211; 5.000 sunt la vanzare.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Diferenta mare intre preturile asteptate de catre cumparatori<br \/>\nsi pretul la care se poate vinde un imobil construit in perioada<br \/>\n2007-2008, face insa ca cererea sa ramana total nesatisfacuta pana<br \/>\nla momentul la care finantarea va fi reluata de banci in conditii<br \/>\nmai bune. Astfel se poate considera ca semestrul 1 (din 2009 &#8211;<br \/>\nn.red.) a fost caracterizat de un blocaj al segmentului<br \/>\nrezidential&#8221;, a declarat Robert Teodorescu, manager departament<br \/>\nrezidential Regatta.<\/p>\n<p>Reprezentantii companiei afirma ca scaderea preturilor s-a<br \/>\nprodus in special la apartamentele situate in imobilele vechi, unde<br \/>\nproprietarii au scazut preturile cu pana la 40-45% fata de aceeasi<br \/>\nperioada a anului 2008.
