\nBOC, in urma unei tranzactii estimate la peste 100 de milioane de
\neuro. Aceasta este prima din acest an si probabil cea mai mare
\ntranzactie cu o cladire de birouri din Bucuresti.<\/p>\n
Cladirea, recent finalizata, are o suprafata inchiriabila de
\n57.000 de metri patrati, de circa doua ori mai mare decat Charles
\nde Gaulle Plaza sau America House, si a fost in mare parte
\ninchiriata, companiile urmand sa se mute la sfarsitul acestui an in
\nnoile spatii, potrivit consultantilor implicati in aceasta
