Pornind de la proiectul existent \u015fi perspectivele dezvolt\u0103rii \u00een zon\u0103, platforma B\u0103neasa poate genera \u00een urm\u0103torii 10 ani peste 1.9 miliarde de euro \u00een salarii, sus\u0163in\u00e2nd circa 220.000 salarii&nbsp; \u015fi contribuind cu circa 2.3 miliarde de euro \u00een taxe c\u0103tre bugetul de stat. \u00cen total, proiectul ar putea sus\u0163ine peste 30.000 locuri de munc\u0103&nbsp; \u00een 2026, relev\u0103 acela\u015fi studiu.<\/p>\n<p>\nStudiul KPMG eviden\u0163iaz\u0103, de asemenea, faptul c\u0103, \u00een perioada 2005-2016, dezvoltarea de tip mixed-used B\u0103neasa a sus\u0163inut circa 130.000 de salarii3, \u00een cuantum de circa 590 milioane de euro. Totodata, platforma a generat o valoare economic\u0103 total\u0103 de circa 1.6 miliarde de euro&nbsp; \u015fi a adus peste 740 milioane de euro \u00een taxe c\u0103tre bugetul de stat. \u00cen anul 2016, proiectul a sus\u0163inut circa 14.000 de locuri de munc\u01034.<\/p>\n<p>B\u0103neasa Developments opereaz\u0103 \u00een prezent cel mai mare centru comercial din Bucure\u015fti, pe o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de peste 80.000 mp \u015fi cu 364 de magazine.&nbsp; \u00cen ultimii 10 ani, compania a investit circa 165 milioane de euro \u00een dezvoltarea zonelor comerciale, care au stat la baza dezvolt\u0103rilor ce au urmat \u00een zonele \u00eenconjur\u0103toare din nordul Bucure\u015ftiului.
