Viitoarele locuinte care se afla acum in<br \/>\nproiectare sunt adevaratele locuinte de criza&#8221;, considera Dan Ioan<br \/>\nPopp.<\/p>\n<p>Acesta este de parere ca cine are bani pentru Prima Casa,<br \/>\ntrebuie sa ia in calcul faptul ca in urmatoarele 6-18 luni este<br \/>\nposibil ca la analiza eligibilitatii, ponderea ratelor din<br \/>\nveniturile cumulate ale familiei sa scada. &#8220;Cine poate, ar trebui<br \/>\nsa profite de conditiile actuale impuse de banci, conditii ce pot<br \/>\ndeveni mai restrictive in viitor.
